To-Go Ordered the expensive pint of salsa and received the cup of salsa that you get for free for ordering. YOU CHARGED ME $16... for it. On top of that you gave us double rice and no beans for the half pound fajita orders. Times like these, you take care ofthe people that order from your store and help keep the doors open. I don?t complain about restaurants because I?ve worked inthe industry for 10+ years. I came with the impression that they would have a brunch menu since the other El Tiempo I went to (Vintage Park) had one. They... didn't, but that's fine, we decided to stay and try it. But that was disappointing. I got the Las Vegas, which came with acrunchy taco, chicken fajitas, and an enchilada also with rice and beans. The beans I was excited for because at the vintagepark location they were really good. But they were gross. They tasted like canned and with a charcoal taste. I took onebite. The chicken fajitas were very obviously frozen chicken. They also were not too great at all. The only thing from my plateI really liked was the crunchy taco. The margarita blanco was great, strong enough to have an alcohol bite without overpowering the flavor. Service was excellent.... The food was really good but definitely on the salty side. Another margarita would have cut the salty down though. ???? Read more

Excellent food, but exceptional service! Our waiter Anthony went over and beyond! We didn't have to ask or want for anything.... Our drinks, chips and salsa were constantly being refilled before we got to the bottom of the bowls. Our food came perfect (hugeportions) and was excellent. We are not huge TexMex fans but we will definitely be returning. Best carnitas and fajitas we'vehad so far. The Manger came around to check on every table. *Bonus, the bathrooms were very clean too! This is actually a very good Mexican restaurant with some great dishes, drinks and service. The only issue is the ridiculous fly... problem they have. Can't be possible that you can't have a meal without being pestered with flies all over the restaurant. Ownerneeds to place action and resolve the fly problem in the restaurant. Read more

The food was tasty, but expensive. However, service was horrendous because the wait staff seems to be a band of completely... untrained teenagers. The waiter had dirty nails and truly gnarly fingers. It was atrocious. Just the thought of him carrying myglass of water shook me to my bones. All of the chips were broken and even made me wonder if they brought chips from anothertable. After we ate, they didn't clear the table. All in all, food was good, the staff on the other hand, will encourage me tonever step foot back inside the restaurant. Read more

First time trying El Tiempo. We went for lunch on a Tuesday. Chips, salsa, and the service were great. The food was possibly the... worst Mexican food I?ve ever had, made worse by the extremely high prices. We ordered two of the soft fajita tacos lunch, oneorder of beef, one order of chicken. $15.99 each for 2 tacos, beans and rice is really high for a lunch special. The tacos werestuffed full with lettuce, tomato and cheese with very little meat, but that might be for the best. Both the chicken and beefwere terrible. The chicken was in large cubes and had the taste of bulk frozen chicken breast. The beef was heavily marinated inwhat I could only guess was some sort of fish sauce or some bad Worcestershire sauce.
