So it is a Wednesday evening and I went here to order a 12 piece chicken crispy. The guy at the window tells me let me see if I... have any then he says OK it?ll take eight minutes for it to be ready. I said OK that?s crispy right? he said oh Crispy will be20 minutes. I said is this a common issue that you don?t have any chicken ready. The guy blows up and starts talking mess sayingthey?re always busy but every time I pass there?s no business. No one was their inside nor in the drive thru line. I said can Ihave the general managers number he said Yep I?ll give it to you. I go to the window and he sticks his head and trys to intimateme. Tried to get a Mac n cheese bowl (which has been featured) and they told my husband the feature was over .... When I got on the... website, the first thing I saw was them featuring Mac n cheese bowls! So upset that someone couldn't put Mac n cheese andchicken into a bowl (two things you are supposed to always have) I will NEVER go to this KFC again! Ordered thru app. And staff and app were completely disconnected. After paying i show up and they say they don't have that at... this location. So I had to get a cheaper item. Then they are not reading the custom order and guy had to re do it. You can'tbegin doing app without properly training staff. Whole thing took longer than my lunch break. Read more
