Ordered a slim 5 and a chicken caesar wrap online. The order was ready when I arrived in the drive thru. The clerk was friendly.... Our order was prepared correctly. I loved the chicken caesar wrap. I actually think it?s better than Chick-Fil-A?s version. Keep up the good work guys. Read more

The staff is not welcoming. Ordering feels like a confrontation. The guy with the red hair is toxic to this store. He goes out... of his way to be bad at customer service. Once I realized he is like this every day, I stopped coming to this location. I evenwaited 6 months before coming back hoping he no longer works there. Possibly the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. 1st of all the staff is they extremely unfriendly and borderline rude, there... was no greeting when I walked in. 6 people working 1 other customer in store. When I approached the counter there was no whatwould you like to order he just stared at me. After a paid for my food the cashier just set my card down and turned around andwalked away. When my food was done he just set it on the counter what some napkins no bag no nothing I had to literally ask himis at mine and I just nodded at me. The sandwich was very poorly made with very little lettuce and the lettuce it did have wasmostly the hard white bitter lettuce and very little slightly green leaf. I love Jimmy John's I will continue to eat there on adaily basis but I will never ever return to this location again as it is possibly the worst in Houston and surrounding areas. Read more
