The lead or manager goes out of his way to making a sandwich shop be more of an experience. He smiles and speaks with inflection... in his voice. Ask trivia questions and how your day is going. I like this place but they take forever with mobile orders. It said my order was going to be ready at 5:05 I?ve been waiting for... over 20 minutes and nobody?s in here eating I?m the only one in the store. I'm here at 3pm Tuesday July 19th. Absolutely amazing service everyone here is so friendly and attentive. The food is great,... place is clean, this is the best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to by far. The supervisor or shift leader whoever he is was just agreat guy I really appreciate his great attitude and service. Confused why it takes over 30 minutes to make a regular sub sandwich. Ordered curbside carry out using the app. Order was... supposed to be ready 12:28pm. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in the store to learn they haven?t even started workingon my order. Rep said it?d be ready in 5 minutes, which it was not. Went back to my car since nobody in the store believes inwearing masks and COVID is very real. Returned in store and waited 15 minutes to be told my order had been ready and asked wouldI like them to remake it. At that point I only wanted my money back. Too bad I allowed them to waste my time and left emptyhanded. Why have an app if you disregard making those orders. I guess they only service walk-ins. I liked Jersey Mikes.
