There's actually one in Lincoln California area that I like a lot better, but I can't find it, anyway, this place is great. I... like how there isn't JUST smoothies (even though the smoothies are really Good!) I also like how even though it isn't a smallbusiness, it still has that type of feel. Overall great place (P.S. Nice greeting. Nice cashier. Not his fault. Wasn?t trained on basic things. I showed I was downloading app and said I was doing... it for 50% off promo. We ordered. I showed him the reward bar code and he forgot to scan it. Didn?t give me 50% off my one drinkfor downloading app. I asked for the cashier to please void the transaction and re ring the order correctly. The manager,Barbara, said I would have to get the rewards and discount on the next visit. She said you cannot void transactions. She said itmesses up the whole system. REALLY?! I?ve worked in restaurants for 15 years and never have I ever been somewhere or workedsomewhere that you cannot void or return money electronically. How would you do a return on a wrong order. I said, so I don?tget my 50% off or my rewards for the new app I downloaded. Her, you can enter the bar code on the app. Try-error code. She saidyou can get it on the next visit. Really?? Just left there and im super disgusted! I discovered hair floating all in my mango a go go juice. I live 1hr and 33 minutes... away. So it's not like I can just turn around and bring it back. I will never stop here again. Read more
I've supported this location 3 times. The first two times they accepted the military discount with a MILITARY ID with no... problem. This 3rd visit, the ZEESHAN K questioned the ID which was given to him along with payment, asked what discount we werelooking for and had an attitude. When he gave us the drinks he stated that he would give it this time, but would not any othertime as those kind of discounts were only honored by corporate store. Looking at the receipt he gave a discount off of only onesmoothie and acted this way over a .63 discount. Im also not sure that the code LSM is for a military discount. That's fine. Got an açaí bowl and it was perfect! Staff is friendly and they got our order to us so quickly. The store is very clean too. I... really like that they offer real food, not just smoothies. We?ll definitely come back! Read more
