I tried the spicy munchie meal for the first time. I asked for no jalapenos and to sub the toast for a bun. (I really wanted the... onion rings with melted cheese mostly). They took the onion rings off and left the jalapenos and I really can't have spicy food.I was already home when I realized, so it was my fault for not checking. I removed the jalapenos and began to eat the sandwich.It was so hard to take a bite out of it! The chicken tasted weird and was completely overcooked. I really didn't want to wastemy money so I tried to get past it, but I had to just stop when I hurt my tooth. To be upfront, I live in the neighborhood near this restaurant yet I don't go here except one in a blue moon. With that said,... I've gone here for over ten years so I've had long time to experience this place. In all that time, I can't think of a singletime I've had any issue or bad time. Even the one time where my order got messed up, they were very apologetic and fixed itfast. Now, this is a popular spot, probably because the food is good and the service is fast , so there might be a small wait.But if you are wanting to go to a place where there is never anyone in line, then that place is probably not very good as no onewants to go there. The staff has never given me an reason to get upset or complain when I've gone, so be considerate of themwhen they are busy. Read more
