The food was amazing I got the ultimate meal which is amazing a go to, but the female working there at around 1:30pm was having... a terrible day I guess. Disgusting manager mishandled my food with her bare hands. I ordered through the app and walked in to the counter. I see her... (white lady with intense eye liner) and she is making food with her bare hands. She is handling fries with her hands andscooping them into the little bag using her fingers. She then hands me the bag and I say ?no, can you please remake my food withgloves on? she said ?we don?t do that here.? I pointed to two workers behind her that were wearing gloves. I said ?I just sawyou make my food. Please remake it.? She proceeds to do the same exact thing and uses her bare hands again. I said no thank youand asked for a refund. She said ?we don?t do that. Tried the new popcorn chicken. For $4.79, I would never try it again. For my main entree, it was dry, hard and very few in the... box. Definitely not "juicy" like advertised. My husband's Jumbo Jack with cheese had no cheese or onions in it. Finally, thelarge curly fries look like regular orders. We had to drive a distance to the location because the one that used to be justoutside our neighborhood closed. We would probably not make the effort to return to this location again. Not bad! Service here has always been friendly. Bathrooms are not dirty or in bad shape. The food is mostly good for what it... is. I usually get tacos with extra cheese and a chicken sandwich. The drink machine here does offer multiple flavors withcherry, vanilla, and other flavor add-ins. The only real gripe I've had is that every now and then the wait can be a littlelong. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I asked for extra onions and for the sandwich to be cut in... 1/2. The sandwich was the worst I've ever had from Jack in the box. They didn't put any onions, did not cut in 1/2, and it wasvery soggy. Read more
