The workers are always very nice, 99.9% of the time your food order is correct. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because... when you order they always make you pull around to the front of the store BUT you never wait long after having to do that. It'sjust an inconvenience. All in all I like this one! Read more

The food will be it or miss. I typically get a sourdough Jack. Sometimes the bread will be stale or burned or not even toasted.... I'll say that the order is typically correct however, the quality of it may not be the best. Obviously if you go later in theevening, you don't get the same kind of service that you do in the day. Some and the staff can be rude and other times you havesome that are really sweet. You can tell the staff that's there for a paycheck and does not want to be there. If we've ever goneinside, the place is always dirty. Read more

Was a very long wait. The food was ok was highly overcooked. And the nuggets I got tasted like the grease wasent changed in a... while. Frys had a funny taste to them. Could do a lot better but for a small town jack in the box was meh. Read more

Twice this has happened on a Wednesday morning at around 5:50-6:10 am there is no one around. There are 3 vehicles parked... outside and the sign says open 24hrs but whoever is scheduled on this day they are asleep on the job. There were 2 cars in frontof me and we all just left. This is ridiculous. They need to hire new people. People who actually want to work. Please don?twaste your time coming here. I do have photos of the vehicles parked. Read more

Every morning at 5 am for the last 3 days I?ve been told they are not serving breakfast. You advertise open 24 hrs a day.... Employees out back smoking but can?t serve the customer, the place is going down hill quick. Time to call corporate. One monthlater and this is still happening, I was told between 4-5 am the systems are shut down, are you 24 hrs or not? Read more

Came to get some food after I got off work. I work at a bar, so I get off late. One of the only places open late enough for me... to get food is Jack in the box. Came through tonight and was told they are only taking door dash and Uber eats orders. At 1 am?Those apps don?t even run that late to my knowledge. Absolutely ridiculous to refuse service when your hours posted are 24hrs.This is not the first time with this location either. They?ll let people sit out there late at night and act like they aren?tthere. This location seriously needs to do better. Read more

The Cluck: Advertising VS Reality. 3 Photos Photo 1 if what they advertise for The Cluck sandwich. Crispy coating, larger... than the bun and with new "thicker pickles". See photos 2 and 3 for reality. The chicken is NOT hand breaded on site. Itarrives coated and frozen. It is fried on site. It is not bigger than the bun. About the same size. It is not flaky andcrunchy as depicted in their advertisement. The pickles appear to be the same pickles they use on burgers. I will continue togo to Jack in the Box for the Ultimate Cheeseburger and the Sourdough burger. But not for a chicken sandwich. If you want ahand breaded chicken sandwich, you have to go to the Louisiana kitchen, the King or the Colonel. Each of them have awesomechicken filets that are hand breaded on site. All of them are larger than the bun. Read more
