Got a tea and it tastes like dish soap told the girl and asked if I could get a different one or a refund and she said no after... bubbles are all in my drink bearly any boba just threw it away never will come back! Read more

Came here for the very first time on Labor Day, ordered the tiger sugar tea. I saw the picture and saw it had tapioca and coffee... jelly and thought I?d give it a try. Lady told me she was out of coffee jelly which I said was fine since The main part i likeis the tapioca anyways. Drinks come out with coffee jelly and no tapioca when I asked where it was she then changes it the we?reout of tapioca. When asked for a refund for the misinformation and me not liking the drink I was given rude attitudes and toldno. When i asked do they not give refunds they said ?we do but that?s not a good enough reason to tell my manager? so when iasked for them to speak to the manger they said they would give them a call. After waiting for a while i was then told ?mymanagers said we don?t do refunds? after the girl who made my drink wrong told me they did. So even though they are the onesthat messed up never got my money bad. Never drank the drink. Terrible customer service, waste of $6. I was really excited totry this place after that good reviews, I also wanted to try the churros but they were out of that too. Sadly won?t be goingback. Read more
