If I could leave zero stars I would. We sit down and order our food and drinks. Our orange come out in like 20 minutes but not... our coffee. We ask for it and receive a mug with lipstick on it. After an hour and a half we had our servicer check on us onlyonce.we ended up leaving without out ever reviving food because our server was no where to be seen. I don?t recommend it. Read more

I have never left a negative review of any place, but this is 1 time when I believe I must. 1st, the good and positive. The... food was tasty and our waitress was very friendly. The prices were decent, approx $25 for full breakfasts plates for 2. Butunfortunately, the negatives were by far much more noticeable and I have not been able to stop thinking about them. I took myhandicapped mother to a late breakfast. The dining room was maybe a little bit more than half full so several tables were open.We were sat in the back adjacent room where there was only 1 other party eating and approx 8-9 other tables/booths open. Becausemy mother is in a wheelchair, I always understand that we may have to sit in areas further from the main area in order to beaccommodated comfortably. But I am always concerned because sometimes it means we will not be tended to as quickly and sometimeseven forgotten about. The service was fairly slow, which usually doesn't bother me as much. What was very noticeable was themultiple times we had to ask for what should have been taken care of automatically. To highlight just a few. - Twice asked forthe table to be wiped (it was sticky and dirty) - Twice asked for Silverware (even after the food was served) - Twice asked formissing items (no blueberries on my Blueberry French Toast, no syrup) From the time we ordered our food until the food wasactually served, more than 30 mins had passed. And my mother's Breakfast Sampler was semi-warm with the hashbrowns already cold.Which to me means that our food was probably ready yet sat for longer than it should have. The total time from arrival to whenwe left was more than 1.5 hrs. But what I cannot get out of my mind was after our plates were brought and I asked for mymissing blueberries and for silverware for the 2nd time, the young server (not the same as our waitress) brought us each adisposable set that included a small knife and fork and folded napkin. This was hands down the oddest part Read more

Came in for Lunch on Saturday. They aren't busy. Had to wait to be seated but reasonable amount of time. Got seated looking... through menu waiting on waiter. Waiting long time. Finally, Ernesto came over and took drink order. They don't Hop at thisplace move more like sloths. Find better manager and workers or close doors. 2 hours for pancake for lunch is beyond belief. $90 order and we get 3 spoon full of hash browns. 1 packet of ketchup and the hash browns disappeared. (Just one picture but... they all looked the same.) Read more

Hadn't ever had a Serrano chili before, and it caught me by surprise. I hadn't really read the description but liked the idea... of the chicken fajita omlette. I ate the Serrano first while expecting it as a jalapeño (which I handle fine), and had theshock of my life. I want to try it again, because knowing what I'm getting into would be a little different. The service wasas good as they could, they're needing more employees and there was only one cook on hand. The server was stretched trying towait the entire store, she was great at finding a balance between it all. Read more
