I use to be a Starbucks drinker EVERYDAY but since Covid has me working from home I don't feel the need to leave the house just... for coffee.... While out and about I decided to finally give Dutch Bros a try. The customer service was GREAT and the young manasked what SB drink I typically ordered. I told him I am a Caramel Machiatto girl so he recommended a similar drink. (Can'tremember the name)??????????????????????????..... I liked the fact that it was only $5.00 instead of the $9.83 I usually spendat SB, as for the taste.... It was just OK.... I haven't been back! Maybe next time I'll try a cold coffee drink instead. After several trips to this location I feel that my experiences haven't been very positive. This last trip I was met with a... dirty sticky cup, cold "extra hot" drink, and the long unorganized lines the other reviews here point too. What's the point ofpicking the shortest line if no one runs drinks out and channels everyone to the drive through window anyway. I have even triedusing the walk up window and still found the service incredibly slow. Got coffee for my kids and it was good, but the experience was sub par. I stopped by after picking up an HEB order. They're... always crazy busy and this time it didn't look so bad so I stopped in. Before a menu was even visible to me, someone walked upto take my order. She asked what she could get me and I explained it was my first time so I wasn't sure. All she said was "ok."No suggestions or trying to help out by asking what I normally like. The girl seemed to have zero personality. She had a veryflat tone like she wasn't really interested in being there or taking my order. It seemed like i was holding her up so Ibasically just ordered the first thing I saw on the website. Wonderful service! I'm practically a regular there and the employees are always nice and courteous, some even recognize me and... ask me about what's happening and such. And as always, a great menu (I recommend any freeze, and the Trixie green tea is myfavorite right now). Read more
The drinks are good and people are friendly! They need to do something about the efficiency of getting people through the... lines. It can take well over 10 to 20 minutes at times to get through the line. If they speed things up they can get extrastars on their reviews. Read more
We visited back to back in two days. First time we got hot hazelnut truffle mocha and cold golden eagle. Second time because we... liked the coffee and thought golden eagle might be better hot ( we were right). Coffee is delicious. Temperature was not hotboth times. Coffee needs to be hot! Hence the one star. Second star I took away for service! I should take two for service! It?sbad!! It took us 35 minutes in the drive through line and 40 minutes from is window! I don?t know what their process is but it?snot efficient! Even when one person is taking orders outside it?s ridiculously slow!! Just for that reason I will be thinkingmultiple times before going back! No matter how great the coffee tastes, the service and temperature takes it down severalnotches for me! The service was absolutely phenomenal we loved the energy!!! Now for the drinks we loved German chocolate, nutty Irish and palm... beach such soda. We definitely did not like the mojito soda as it tasted like toothpaste . We had it in California previouslyand it was great. Price is also very reasonable.
