I always come to this location. Everyone is so friendly and very polite. I love the atmosphere. Unfortunately today was... different. I went inside to grab my iced coffee and a couple of things ,but ended up leaving very disappointed because the youngman and the young lady who were working there completely ignored me the entire time. I waited and waited even went to thebathroom because I saw they were busy. I come out and still completely ignored me. The young man only asked if I was waiting foran order I told I wanted to place one and still completely ignored me. The young lady didn't even acknowledged me. Found a small baby roach in my drink yesterday 10/17/22 I called.. One of the workers explained to me that she has told managers... and staff that she always sees small bugs and things around cafe area! Tried to contact manager today someone at the frontanswered explained to her the situation sounded like she started to laugh she took my info down I doubt they respond. RegardlessI want to file a lawsuit or report them to the health department I could have gotten sick and to know a team member stated shealready complained about the bug problem explains a lot. I?ve given this location more than enough chances to redeem, but continue to be disappointed every time. The drive thru line... takes forever, they never seem to know what you ordered when you pull up, and if you order hot food, you?re almost always havingto pull up front and wait. Not sure how this place is still in business. Read more

This Dunkin' location is convenient for us as we head out to our weekend place, so we have stopped here several times. Each time... has been consistently worse than the last. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. My husband ordered an iced coffeewith French vanilla flavoring and cream; it had way too much flavoring in it and beyond sickeningly sweet. He also ordered thebagel minis, which were too hard to chew. My pumpkin cream cold brew coffee was okay (the only reason I gave two starts), butthe hash browns were burnt. After waiting 18 minutes in the drive thru lane, we were not about to turn around and go back to getsomething edible, but I can guarantee that we won't be frequenting this location ever again. How management of this Dunkin' canlook at the slew of negative reviews here and not make improvements is beyond me. Read more

Every time we go to this location the order is wrong, coffee drinks taste horrible and the donuts were stale. Plus! They forgot... two of our sandwiches. We are huge Dunkin lover but this location has ruined it for us I?ve the last year every time we gothere. I?d give zero stars if I could. Read more

Poor service,staff was busy playing instead of getting our food out, substandard food, I ordered two of the same sandwiches, the... same person made the food and added cheese on one sandwich , my son and I can?t eat cheese, on top of that, we got moldedstrawberry jelly. My coffee was not flavorful either, I?ll never return. Read more

The employees are amazing. Baskin Robbins is what I did. Product was really bad!! I walked out with one scoop of non fat vanilla... ice cream, that was the not my first, second, third or fourth pick but it was a pick and it was not good. My friend ate everylast bite of her waffle cone with chocolate peanut butter chunks...... something close to that. Read more

This location has gone downhill. Order a medium iced coffee today with easy ice and almond milk, and a sesame bagel. The coffee... tasted like water and the sesame bagel was as hard as a hockey puck. The workers at the drive thru window had attitudes for noreason and lacked professionalism. This is the third chance (after multiple incidents) I?ve given this location and I will notbe coming back. Last time, I was here, they couldn?t even make cappuccinos because no one on staff was trained to use themachine. Going to stick with Starbucks from now on, at least their coffee doesn?t taste like pure water. Just stay away and giveyour hard earned money to either another location or another company who actually appreciates having customers in the firstplace. Read more
