America loves Dunkin, right? Turns out they could be right if you need that sugar and caffeine rush to jump start your day.... Visited this location yesterday. About 12 of us trickled in at intervals. NOT a pushy, rude group at all. After having 2 of us... get told that they couldn't make our drinks requests, we were then told "We're closing the lobby in 15 minutes, you'll need toleave." They then turned off the lobby ordering option and put up a sign. I don't really understand... Did we overwhelm thestaff of 2 people? Not to mention that neither employee seemed to enjoy their job. I understand staffing issues and having arough day. I really do. But do you not enjoy making money?? You had a friendly group, excited to be out together, dropping a LOTof coffee money, and you rushed us out the door. So confused. Read more

My order was drive thru, one large hot caramel latte and one large cold caramel latte with less ice and The ice coffee was good... the hot was prepare as a cappuccino so not to happy but I was on my way to the office so...., in other location the coffee is alittle more strong. The strawberry dragonfruit with coconut milk I did not like it (better the Starbucks one). Staff friendlyand smiling. Only 2 staff and one new... I have to wait 21 minutes for the order. Read more
I come here quite often and usually don?t have a problem, not sure what happened today. This was supposed to be a vanilla ice... coffee with cream but as you can tell it?s pretty dark and watery. Not sure who is making the drinks today but some retrainingmay be in order. Oh and they burnt my kolache, yay! whole order was a waste of money. Read more
Thanks to TikTok my kids begged to visit Dunkin to get the "The Charli drink"and avocado toast. Of course I had to try a few... donuts too, but they were out of donutholes. We are not coffee drinkers but overall this location was clean, fast service, andthe 2 staff members were super nice. Read more
This location is so trashy. The employees were all very rude and avoiding customers as much as possible. Drinks were disgusting... and donuts not made even close to right and they aren't interested in fixing anything if you ask about it. They'll just give youattitude no matter how gentle and kind you are about it. Read more
