Service depends on who they hired this week. High turnover! Had an issue, and asked to speak to the manager, I was told her name... was Michelle, and she was on the phone. I said I’ll wait! Food well prepared, nice and hot. Better than most Dunkins in the area. Great customer service as well.
I love the coffee from this brand but this location maybe due to new staff the coffee is not so good as the location in1960.... This Sunday the staff serving the drive thru was not very friendly, polite but not friendly. Also the service was very slow....And I had only one car in front..... I requested the coffee with extra caramel and they forgot to put it in both coffee :/ Read more
The DD on 2029 always awful, the coffee was not good, they don't have always the products, the donut holes were stale, we said... that to the employee and she said, " oh sorry we apologize" what? Offer to change the bad product!!? ???? Anyways as easy as Idon't go back there. IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR COFFE OR DONUTS. Read more

EXTREMELY Slow service. Drive thru line is always backed up and causes issues with dropping kids off at daycare and traffic... jam. No once cares that you want your day old donuts or over priced garbage coffee. Move out of the entrance so parents cantake our kids to school. Also slow down in the parking lot. Too many kids darting out. Trust me you don't want to make thatmistake. Read more
I took two of my daughters here for a daddy daughter date. We had coffee and donuts. I got a latte and two donuts. One glazed... and one chocolate glazed. They had iced coffees and jelly filled donuts. I'm not a big fan of cake donuts and that's what thechocolate glazed was. The regular glazed was good and I always enjoy their lattes. My girls enjoyed theirs too. This locationalso has a Baskin Robins in it. Nice location. Read more
