Went 2 days in a row. Once around 8pm and next day for lunch. TWO totally different vibes because the day is way packed, lots of... noise, and amazing diversity! We loved both. The service can take awhile (actually seemed longer at 8pm with only 10 people inwhole place). The friendliest depends on busyness which is reasonable. The FOOD....OMG this pizza is one of the best I've had.Wild mushroom & goat cheese. I've had dreams about it since eating. Pastries are delicious. Yummy, beautiful pastries, delicious coffee and brunch. The setting is a pretty and upscale french cafe. My only complaint is... that the cloth stools looked VERY dirty, but, velvet is hard to keep clean in a public setting. Food and service are greatthough, and everything else is spotless! Read more

I haven?t tried anything outside of the desserts yet, but from the desserts alone I am very satisfied by the options! They have... pastries, macarons and cakes, and they all are made unique and full of flavor. My personal favorite is the turtle brownie. Thefruit tart is really good as well, and is literally covered with fruits. It?s clearly a ?looks good? type dessert bakery, butthe taste is good as well. Pricey, but worth it if you like unique desserts which still have good flavor. I recommend buying itto go and then taking it out to the City Place area to eat in the park. Read more

Came for the cake!!!! The cake is good however I do not think they should be the price that they are. Pictures on the cakes are... so deceiving. These are like 6 inch cakes maybe 5 inch. I like that the cake was not overly sweet given the amount ofbuttercream on it. For this alone, I am giving 4 stars as it was definitely executed nicely. The young lady "helping" me couldhave given a little more information on the flavors of the cakes and all. She made it seem as though I was interrupting herchatting session with her coworkers. Delicious food and a great atmosphere! I'm here visiting from DC and Common Bond was on the list of 'must visit' places. It did... not disappoint! I absolutely loved my shrimp and grits! LOVE this place. It's a charming cafe located on a prime corner of City Place (adjacent to the Exxon campus) in Spring. They... have exceptionally well-made bakery treats, with the various flavored & filled croissants being my personal favorites. Thepistachio croissant is the definition of a CHEF's KISS! It's a cozy & welcome spot to dine in. The cafe has a simple, modern,and aesthetically inviting design, with floor-to-ceiling windows that add to the brightness and fresh vibes. Great place to enjoy comfort food. Delicious pastries, croissants ????, omelettes and other items on the menu. Almond croissant... had a distinct bitter filling which I would not recommend. Next will stick with Butter or Chocolate croissant. Ambiance and setup is very unique and welcoming. Nice addition to the Springwood, CityPlace area. Minutes away from Marriott and other Officesnearby. Great for Office brunches or Coffee Break ?? . Definitely visit if you?re in the area for work or just visiting forevening walk around city place.
