Never coming back to this location. The only reason I went tonight is bc we just got done with a cross country drive and I... wanted an easy dinner. What a mistake. Serious management problem - the franchise owner/corporate needs to be held accountablefor this horribly run location. I feel so awful for the hourly workers who are doing their best but have no idea what they?redoing and end up with a bunch of angry, frustrated customers bc of it. Their hot line ends up so covered in salsas, cheese, sourcream, etc that it?s literally impossible for the workers not to completely drench your bag and bowls with it bc no one has beentaught to clean as they go. They don?t work as a team, are always out of items, queso was a thick glob so didn?t get that?doesn?t help that this location has a drive thru that they cannot handle either. Just an absolute mess, I love chipotle(normally a fairly safe spot to eat if you have dietary restrictions) but there is zero way I?d step foot in this spot againeven though it?s less than a mile from where we live. Horrible. Get rid of the people at this location. I walked in at 9:45 PM and the store was a mess--employees shutting down, line... completely empty besides one meat and some watery salsa, and the employees giving zero care about the situation. I walked outbut was so mad I came back in and asked to talk to the manager, Ashley. She attempted to sell me that Chipotle is not requiredto stock fresh meat during operation hours, only when the freshly cooked meat has been gone through. Complete nonsense ofcourse. Then, she told me to call corporate if I wanted to complain, so I did. Corprate gave me a BOGO deal after I declined thefree chips n guacamole (what a joke) and I'm stuck finding alternative food. Always out of everything, staff doesn?t seem to care about lines or the way you request your food to be made. Charged me... incorrectly after asking several times prior to paying if the order was right and ultimately couldn?t refund or resolve theissue afterwards. I like chipotle in general but hate coming to this specific location. Read more

The food was decent but the staff is not very welcoming. We felt like a burden asking them to do their job. We asked for fresh... steak around 4:30 and were told they weren't making anymore? There was maybe 2 scoops left of dried old steak, no thanks. Theyall seem so miserable. Maybe find another job instead of making customers miserable. If I can put 0 stars I would!! We been here two time this week and they never have guacamole and when we older there was flies... all around the food. I told the girl and all she did was Laugh and Told her coworker. The customer service here is horrible andI will not be eating here again Periodt!! Read more

Management is horrible. The way they operate is horrible. My family ordered food to be picked up at 8:30pm. We ordered our food... at 7pm. Remind you we ordered in advance because of my online tutoring at 9pm. We pull up to Chipotle. They ask name if pick up.We tell them and they looked shocked. The manager came back and she told us hey sorry but when ran out of that meat. We onlyhave chicken and beef. Then they started working on our order as we pulled up. I got home at 8:57. Why couldn?t you call us andtell use before hand instead of waiting a half hour to let us know??? Plus why not make everything then have only one thing notready Instead of whole order. This unprofessional at all cost. What is the point for having to order online in advance? Yourteam was so unprofessional. We even was missing are kids meal and then when we let them know. The treated us like we where lyingand they started to be smart and rude. Yo this ain?t our fault and you?ll better be lucky I didn?t come out of character.
