Wasted 10 minutes of my life standing here in line while the three people in line in front of me, sampled every chicken salad... sandwich that they offer before making up their mind when I was standing there, clutching the item that I wanted on a very shorttime spent there cashier needs to be replaced. She talks way too much about stuff that is not even relevant to the food, andthen their manager needs to get it together ? they have no sense of urgency whatsoever.. that was only my second visit here Iprobably won?t be back after this poor service? [Preface: I am an employee] I love this place so much. I have been working here since August, and genuinely food is great (I eat... there every day). The workers always aim to do better than their best and our managers will accept no less. Every meal is madefresh daily (except for the soups, they are reheated), and we really value food quality. A few tips to optimize your experienceat this location: 1. If you really like the crackers like me -order takeout if you want a side soup and a chicken saladscoup. Every scoop comes with 8 crackers (+4 if you order a side soup) buut a side of soup goes in a small take out box with 8more crackers. 2. IF YOU GET A SCOOP AND A SIDE, MAKE IT A "CHICK" OR "TRIO". It saves you a lot of money. 3. Ask for anassorted silverware packet, it comes with the perfect amount of salt and pepper to make your chicken salad even better. 4. TOGET THE MOST CHICKEN SALAD AND YOUR SIDE FOR FREE. Whether you want a scoop and a side or two scoops and a side, you can getmore chicken salad by putting one of the scoops on a croissant. Scoops by themselves have to look perfect and be delicatelyplaced on a fresh piece of lettuce but sandwiches just have to have about the right amount on it meaning that the line cooksoften just put more in the sandwich because it doesn't have to look as pretty. As for your side (unless you want more crackers),get it dine-in and ask for a takeout tray, the side cups used for dine in are larger than the food compartments of a takeouttray. 5. I can't stress this enough, ASK THE PERSON TAKING YOUR ORDER TO MAKE WHATEVER NOTE YOU WANT! IF YOU ASK FOR IT, WE WILLMAKE IT SO. Seriously, as long is we have it, we will do whatever you want.
