Came in Saturday night with family. We ordered on the app since the kids wanted to go play. No issues there. However our food... did take a while. More than 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes I was waiting for the pickup sign and no one came to help or askme what I was waiting on. I stood there waiting for about 8-10 minutes. It wasn’t just me. I’ve noticed about 3-5 otherpeople with the same issue. It seem like they prioritize the drive thru more than dine in. Place was clean and the one employeethat I did talk to was the cleaning lady. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Like most of this chains restaurants. The chicken sandwich was a little dry this time.... However, overall, Chick-fil-A represents their brand with service and product. Read more

Update: I gave this location another try. They actually got the order completely correct for the first time in years...and then... I got to the Kale Crunch salad. It was rank. Like stank up the room it was so bad. Just when I thought they might beimproving. 2 hours to get a delivery order. Pretty sure the fries are 2 hours old because they are ice cold. Also left outpart of the order, which is typical for this store and the one o Spring Stubner. If you don't have the staff to do delivery,don't offer it. Read more

This location is definitely different than any other and I say this in a bad way. We decided to eat in the lobby which half of... it was closed the reason we dined in was to receive fresh food which did not occur, inform the staff and they were not surprisedthe food was cold. This is just my opinion stick to using the drive-thru, or simply locate another restaurant. Read more

Food was excellent, as always! The 2 order takers in drive thru could do with a bit of cheer, but they did their jobs well,... so...priorities are right! Window staff was excellent. Super friendly, responsive & accommodating. We'll be back (AGAIN!) Read more

Today I received the worse customer service that I ever experience from Chick-fil-A. Me and my friend with her 3 yrs old son... decided to stop at Chick-fil-A drive thru. I have a first 100 Chick-fil-A gift card, which comes with a maximum of 52Chick-fil-A meals. I gave the girl was attending to my car the card to scan and after scanning it she threw in the trash. Iasked her for my card back and refused to give it back saying you can get another at the window. That she isn't about to go inthe trash she threw in to to get it out. I had to exit my car and dig in the trash to get a card I only used three times. Italked to the manager and he brushed it off like it was nothing saying maybe she wasn't aware of the promotion. I was sohumiliated, disappointed and in disbelief. Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service. I was so upset how I wasbelittle and treated that I didn't partake in their food. I did spoke to Chick-fil-A I care but I am still left with a nastytaste towards Chick-fil-A. Read more

Terrible experience workers in drive thru were less than helpful and expectation from Chic fil A was less than what is their... norm. This has been my past 3 times visiting Aamer thing and my order was wrong on top of the terrible customer service all 3times. I will not be returning to this location in the future. Read more

Convenient location right off the 45. The food and service is good, although they are always very busy. The best part though is... that they are honest! I lost my credit card on a Friday, noticed on Sunday and figured it must have fallen out when eating atthis Chick Fila. Went by Monday and they had it for me. PHEW! Saved me so much time having to cancel and reset up all my autopays. Thank you! Read more
