Brought my girlfriend out for lunch cause she was having a bad day. She went to get a refill on her drink and an employee named... Steven called her sir. When she corrected him, he glared at her and kept calling her sir despite her continuing to correct him.I had her take our stuff to the car and spoke with a manager who initially tried to write it off as an accident because theywere busy. I told her it was no accident. He glared at her and then doubled down three times after being politely corrected.That's not a mistake, that's abuse. She said they'd talk to him. Hopefully they do for future customers, but we won't besticking around to find out. There are plenty of respectful businesses out there we'd rather spend out money on. Read more

I Ordered a Cobb salad and there?s no bacon. If there is it?s a very scarce amount (but you see the pic). The chicken filet... included with the salad was only a tad bigger than the breakfast filet. Every time I come to this location there?s an issue?incorrect salad this week and cold Mac & cheese last week smh. This will be my very last visit to this location. Read more
This a very nice and clean store it?s a rare thing to see in the fast food industry if you will that a place is so clean and... organized and polite as well. I?m so glad it?s in my neighborhood. I have never been so unhappy with service from Chick-fil-A. I have ordered here about 13 times since moving to TX in August and... 12/13 they have gotten my order wrong. We always do curbside. To give you an example of the kind of service I am used to...inVirginia Beach we have gone to Chick-fil-A once a week for 7 years and they maybe have gotten my order wrong twice and that wasduring Covid. Last order my husband wanted a regular deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese add bacon and he literally gotthe same sandwich I ordered except they got my cheese wrong. I asked for pepperjack. Sticker was correct. No fork for my sonsgrilled nuggets and no Mayo that I added for my husband or honey bbq mustard that comes with my grilled sandwich. They owe meall kinds of food from being left out of previous orders. It is very frustrating and this place is 2 mins from where I live. Read more
This is hands down my favorite Chick-fil-A. Every time I got in there I?m always greeted. This place is like a second home from... me. The staff is always so friendly and helpful always putting the customer first. It?s just a bonus that the food is always hotand fresh tasting so good.
