I stood in line to order next in line without the cashier even acknowledging that I was there. A guy popped up who she knew and... she asked him if he wanted something, took his order and did not charge him. Got his order in then took mine afterward, didn?tapologize or nothing. There was no wait when I got there. I had a Philly Cheesteak and Fiesta Fries with a peach lemonade. I will definitely go back... here when I want a cheesesteak. The peach lemonade is also worth going back for. It has real diced peaches and flavor was onpoint. Sandwhich was hot and overflowing with meat, pickles on it were a great compliment. Food here if fantastic! The employees gave me a warm welcome and took my order thoroughly. Food came out quickly hot and fresh.... Ordered a bacon 3 cheesesteak and ultimate fries. The blueberry lemonade is amazing. Will be coming back to this location nexttime I come to Walmart. Read more
I went into Walmart to stop by the bank but the line was long and I was hungry so I stopped by Charleys to grab something to... eat. I got the Cinnamon Crunch milkshake and an order of the mozzarella sticks. Shawndreka took my order and he was phenomenaland provided outstanding customer service. He let us know he?d be right with us while he was wrapping up with the customer aheadof us, and he remained just as communicative and patient. I like milkshakes that are thicker and he was honest when I asked himabout the consistency of theirs. He went out of his way to make me mine and it definitely met my standards and I liked theunique flavor of the milkshake. From what I observed, the whole team seemed well run and on top of it. I ordered a couple of Philly Cheesesteaks and cheese fries. I parked in the designated curbside spot and hit ?I?m Here? in both... the email and on the app. Nobody ever came out. Eventually I went into the store and saw my order sitting at the pick-up spot.Annoyed, I just grabbed it and left. I didn?t want to wait any longer than I already had. After getting home, I realized thatthey didn?t provide the cheese fries like a paid for and instead put a random bag of chips and a cookie. The food was decent,but it?s basically pointless to order online or use their curbside. Unfortunate, considering this is a brand new location andthis is how things are going right off the bat.
