I got the taco salad, it was great. Our had cactus chips, which were way better then I thought they'd be. Maybe even better then... regular tortilla chips. The peanut butter cookie on the other hand was the worst cookie I've ever tasted, so skip that. I alsogot a mini cheesecake that was white chocolate and coconut, amazing. The boss seemed to call while I was there, seemingly toruin my server/ cashiers day. They got barked at, and weren't the same after. I hope they improve, and figure things out. Gluten free goodness! A very welcoming spot in the strip center. Very often will have sugar free options in the pastry case as... well. Came to sample goodies because we want a gluten free dessert table at our wedding this year, and I am MORE thanimpressed. Delicious food, friendly service, and OPTIONS!! I'd much rather give my patronage to a local shop than one of themany "green" franchises popping up. Came in for brunch and I cannot wait to come back for the weekday menu. Read more

This spot is AMAZING!!! I kept missing them being open but I am soooo glad I finally got to catch them open!!! The donut I had... from here was AMAZING!!! Seriously THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE donut I have had since going gluten free. I also had the chocolatecupcake with cookies and cream frosting and the frosting was soooo delicious and fluffy!!! I was NOT expecting that at all. Ihad the fried chicken and waffles OH MY GOODNESS!!! Absolutely outstanding. Seriously drooling about it right now!!! I have yetto eat the last item I purchased but I will tomorrow. Now that I know their hours I will definitely try to do at least a weeklytrip, if possible. Sooo delicious!!! ive been a few times to buy pizza crusts and other baked food but decided to have lunch while we were there. we were going to... get pizza, but the panini sounded really good. we were not disappointed. very low carb often means very low in flavor. this wasnot the case with our lunch. will definitely be back. I ate a hamburguer that had double meat, cheese and bacon and was just great. The gluten free bun was very good, i did not feel... the difference. They had a lot of spicy sauces. Very nice attention. I'll be back lol Read more

We've eaten there twice in a week! We love Caroline's! The staff is friendly. The food does take a little longer than your... usual frozen to fryer places because it's fresh, but that's 100% worth the wait. So delicious! Read more

Danielle is AMAZING. Caroline?s is AMAZING. Having celiac has been tough, but Caroline?s is my absolute go to for fresh,... delicious gluten free food and desserts. The staff is SO sweet and they?re all so accommodating. I can?t thank Danielle enoughfor the custom cake she made for my son, along with the sweet gift for his birthday that she included in my order.
