Delicious , yet super slow. I can?t stand it!!! It should not take 10 - 15 mins per car (order) why so slow? Are they shaving... the ice too ? Are they creating the flavors in the back ! NOoo! Just moving super slow. I?m at walk up window, only person atthe walk up window but there is a line at the drive thru. I?m at the walk up and I?ve been waiting 9 mins to just to get myorder taken. There are two people working in this small hut . What is the hold up ? My friend just order 12 taco nearby (10 ftaway) and the taco were order, paid and bagged. Still haven?t received my ice cone. I?m only writing a review because from mylast 6 times here , it?s been very slow. I came here last Sunday and I had 3 cars in front of me in the drink thru and we waitedin line for 43 min. No lie ! Such a waste of time. If the company is reading this , you need to train your worker, get bettertechnology, widen the space (if needed)? really loook at your camera and examine the process of making 1 snow cone in less than2 min. They have the best shaved ice. You can get it fluffy or packed. Also, walkup is better and faster.
Great service and prices. The young lady was by herself but she still did a great job. My grandkids enjoyed the strawberry and... ninja turtle snow cone. We will be back to try other flavors. Also happy to see they had a kids cup for $2. Read more
Usually it would be a 5 star experience, a few days ago me and my mother went and there was a line, there were 2 gentlemen ... handling the situation and we had a little wait (about 20 min) and had a good flavored snowcone. Today, not so much. I receiveda cup of ice with little flavoring, especially on the wedding cake flavor ( that is clear) just paid full price for 2 cups ofice like a (large Spiderman and medium wedding cake) sucka???? "didn't have large cups" but proceeded to put it in a large cupwith not enough syrup to touch the bottom. You get an inch under the colored ice and nothing but, white. I think I will have tocheck and make sure the young lady isn't handling my snowcone. Read more

If this place is gonna close before 8p, maybe you should change the hours. Second time we?ve gone there and they?re closed. ... But this time, the teenager inside was rude when we asked if they were closed?it?s as if he didn?t know the posted hours.
