Terrible, messed orders multiple times, doesn\'t matter if you order 20 minutes ahead, food isn\'t ready. Drive thru is always... terribly slow, even with on one in it, always takes a minimum of 10-15 to get an order. That\'s if they don\'t forget about yourorder by the time you pull up. Walk in is just as bad, taking just as long to even be acknowledged all the while multipleemployees are just standing around. I\'m glad that I should never have to spend time in spring again. Went here on Sept. 28 with my girlfriend. It was open but the lobby was locked. Figured that meant they were short staffed so we... were extra polite cause we work food service too and know how it is. Dude was just rude though. When he handed my girlfriend herdrink order it was wrong and when he handed back the fixed order and she thanked him I heard him mutter \"whatever\" under hisbreath. Food was not up to BK\'s usual standards. It was hot but tasted like grade school cafeteria burgers. Won\'t be back tothis location. Read more

I keep trying to give this place a try. We stopped here tonight only because it?s late and didn?t want to go back out. This is... the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The food is NEVER fresh. We ordered 2 impossible meals and both burgers were dry andcold. They looked to be all day ready. It was edible because we came home added lettuce and tomato to our burgers after warningthem up. I will NEVER go here again. On top of that still being freaking hungry. I wish I could give -??s. ???? Read more

Came through just before 6pm on 28. Sept. 2022, and I have to say, this is one of the least pleasant Burger Kings to go... to.\n\nThe lobby door was locked when we got there, and not an employee in sight. Okay, short staffed; I get it. I\'ve been infoodservice for almost 20 years and I\'ve been on the other end of this, so no worries or hard feelings. I considered justleaving then, but my partner and I didn\'t have time to drive 30 minutes to the next BK on Rayford. So we decided to go to thedrive thru.\n\nThe response was prompt, if a bit annoyed at our presence. He seemed really intent on being finished with ourorder. I understand the employees are graded on time, but it\'s not necessary or helpful to be rude because of it. Our order wasfairly straightforward, and we didn\'t take long.\n\nAt the window, the man was just as aggravated as before. He was especiallyupset when I asked for no ice in my drink, despite me repeating it at least three times before at the menu board. I tried beingextra nice because I know what it\'s like to be expected to meet time goals with only two or three people, but he just said\"whatever.\" After handing my card back, he disappeared again. I didn\'t time it, but it was a lot longer than most fast foodplaces make us wait. At least our food was hot when he finally returned.\n\nThe food itself was...okay. Fries were nice and hot, although the patties in my burger were overcooked. Lettuce was yellow and wilted. My partner said theirs wasn\'t very goodeither, and they felt queasy after eating. It was disappointing.\n\nAll in all, not a great experience. Store looks nice on theoutside, but that\'s where it ends. Maybe if the franchise owner offered better pay and benefits they could have some niceemployees that do good work. Until then, going to steer clear of this location and stick to the one on Rayford. I have tried to order here three times in the drive through. One time the guy on the mic was sniffling and hacking snot and... coughing so much that I had to repeat everything.\nOther two times they just flat out wouldn\'t take my order. Wouldn\'t evengreet me. No \"One second/moment/minute\" Nothing. Just silence.\nIt feels intentional.\n\"Less customers = less work\".\n\nSo,after waiting several minutes in the Burger King drive through, I went to McDonalds. Had my food and gone in under 5 minutes. Read more

I only come to this one because it\'s convenient. I\'ve never enjoyed it. Either my order is wrong, fries are trash, line is... long..... if I didn\'t love whoppers so much and lived so close.... I would never honestly ???????????. Read more

The ONLY reason I come here is so my daughter can get the impossible whopper. I\'ve been to this location about 5 times now. The... customer service is horrible. It\'s hard to get ketchup and napkins because they hidden behind the counter. Why not just makethem readily available to the 5 customers that might come into the lobby? So I also ordered chicken nuggets. They were cold andextremely dry. I really wish the best for this place because it looks nicer than the other location on Cypresswood and 45 butthe service needs to greatly improve or this place won\'t last long. Read more

Worse location EVER!!! My husband have been to this location 4 times 30-45 min before closing (We\'re late eaters); and every... one of those times the employees rudely tell us that they are closed. What\'s the point of having a scheduled closing time whenyou\'re closing almost 1 hour before that time!! We\'ve left there without food all those times and are just fed up with BurgerKing all together. Next time Whataburger it is!! Read more
