Workers ignoring the drive-thru. So that was not annoying at all? ???? and then when my husband came inside to order that looked... him crazy like and it was almost like no one wanted to take his order. Terrible Terrible! Employees are young, careless individuals and very unsanitary. I went in to pick up an order, the young lady... at the front was on her cell phone on speaker with her boyfriend, complaining about a drive thru customer and bagging my food atthe same time, no gloves. The young man in the back went from mopping up a spill to passing her chicken nuggets to add to myorder, no gloves. While waiting, 2 people came inside from the drive thru saying their order was cold and stale like it had beensitting out for a while. The young lady gave them new fries from the same cold fry pile that she pulled the last ones.Everything is just ghetto!! I do not recommend eating here. Read more

I stopped at this location to pick up lunch and as soon as I got to the drive through speaker I was greeted by this very nice... and sweet voice, "Welcome to Burger King, can I take your order please?" I put in my order and drove up to the window and wasonce again greeted with the same courtesy. I paid for my order and waited approximately 3 minutes before I got my food. I droveoff and got to my destination and the food was hot, well put together, as ordered, ketchup and honey mustard, and the fries werespot on. The person that was at the window register was extremely nice, Asia is her name. I looked up the reviews on this storeAFTER I stopped and before my review and noticed a lot of 1 star reviews and I hope this is the beginning of a new and improvedmanagement on duty. If I could vote 0 stars I would. I've gone twice to this location and they closed at 8 pm whenever hours were at 10 pm and it... wasn't a holiday. And the next time I visited "The system is down." Ok? I'm sure there is a backup way of ordering, maybe papertickets and only cash but no, terrible customer experience. Read more
It appeared the restaurant was closed at 7:15pm. The website said that they're open until midnight. The manager or supervisor... was sitting in the dining room with other employees. The cashier had to ask if they were still open. If this business is forsale, I am interested in purchasing! Read more

The five star reviews have to be fake. Worst whopper I?ve ever had. And I go back to give them another chance. Im the only one... in the drive though. It takes at least two minutes for someone to say something. Then when they do they?re rude like I?minterrupting their breeze of day, I tell them what I want clear as day and that was too much to ask.
