I tried to ask a question about my order. I didn't say the order was wrong I was just trying to understand the menu and I got... attitude from employee and her manager. I was just asking about the 2 for $5 mix and match and how it worked and they tell me tocheck the receipt. I wasn't asking about the receipt. I was asking about the menu being it is confusing. Most these fast food places here in Spring are pretty bad but BK takes the lead as the worst one! No matter if my order is large... or small you can guarantee something will be messed up. This burger King is in a rush and Dora not treat thir customers with kindness. I asked to have some sauce and they would not... serve it to me even if I paid for a cup to have a little of the spicy Schick sandwich sauce instead of a drink they would notgive it to me. The alleged manager kept referring me to their I venture counts which I understand as a manager myself. But Ialso understand keeping g customers happy. Refused to accept Burger King Gift Card! 10/2/22 for lunch. Employee told me when he saw the card in my hand that their "new... computer system" has not been accepting gift cards since it was installed. We tried. It failed. Manager's message to me atthe counter when he went to the manager was "it's not working". How can you install a new system and not check/repair anyglitches in payment methods?
