This place is pretty good. We?ve had it a couple of times since they?ve opened and we like it better than wing stop across the... street. However, their online ordering hasn?t worked due to ?technical difficulties? for around 2 weeks and when you call toplace an order, you?re on wait for about 2 min before the line drops. Massive turn around from when I made my initial review. Wings looks well sauced and not burnt, fries are well seasoned,... bathrooms and lobby are very clean. Im impressed with the front desk person, Emily, very nice, well mannered and gave me optionson the menu. Read more

The food was really good six bone-in chicken wings are $10 now though? And this is just a little pickup store I'm not sure why... it wants you to tip the people for handing you the bag across the counter. They're not waiting on you or cleaning up your mess.I'm usually a really good Tipper I just didn't see the need in this case. Ordered delivery (almost $100) for our family and they forgot the drinks. Called the store, they were nice but there was no... option to correct their mistake and send us our drinks (not fair). So we had to have our meal with no drinks. Opportunity forBWW to have the means in place to correct these kind of mistakes. Read more
We ordered 2 orders of 6 traditional wings and it was delivered to our home by door Dash. They perfectly packed our orders... WRONGLY 2 times by putting five wings in both boxes when the order clearly is for six wings and they even put the number 6 onthe box. Basic education is very important in America.
