Service was terrible. Waitress was not only unfriendly but extremely unattentive. Our drinks frequently sat empty. Our table was... never bussed in between apps, food, drinks. I'm sorry but if my beer is empty, and you bring me a new one, take my empty glass.Never got checked on after food was brought, apps or meal. Straight bad mood all night. Food was cold and mediocre. This place never comes together. I would like to point at one specific thing but instead it is so sporadic on a point of... disappointment that you can't. On this particular visit, everybody else had their food, but it took 9 minutes AFTER everyonehad finished eating, to get my pizza. (Something that they?re trying to promote but yet can?t deliver). And by the time thepizza was delivered it was incredibly soggy to the point that you couldn?t eat it. There is absolutely no systems of qualitycontrol. How can you have such a great concept and yet screw it up so badly?! One of the worst b dubs in the area. Our server was great but ordering here two different occasions we had issues. Ordering Togo... they forgot half of our order (we didn't check when picked up) gave us a voucher for missing food which was good. Dine in nexttime and wings were good but Mac and cheese was cold and served in a Togo small kids cup which was odd. Didn't want to complainabout it. But the floor all over was not clean. Read more
Don?t waste your time at this place. Several visits and all we?ve ever been served is disappointment. Employees could care... less. Either chatting with each other or zombies on their phones, they don?t want to clean. They don?t want to serve. They evenargued with each other tonight about who was going to take a to-go order. Even after waiting 30+ minutes for nachos and wings,they were cold and ice cream was melted because server put the order in the warmer instead of handing it to me while sittingright in front of them. Another edit: after the last disaster their corporate office "rewarded" me with 2000 points which doesn't come close to the... money and time I lost dealing with them Tried to order online ...logged in...ordered ..redeemed rewards...tried to pay and ofcourse, can't Tried to call, of course, no one answers. Unreal!!!! This place just can't get it together. Tried to order a"pick up" sunday 10/16/22 but their website was down. Tried calling but no one picks up so decided to order to go at therestaurant 2 kids meals and a 15 piece traditional Thai curry. Got home and started eating the wings and immediately noticedthe Thai curry had been previously tossed with another sauce then the curry on top. The combo was awful.
