Literally walked in about 25- 30 minutes ago and been seated at the only open table the whole time. I've made eye contact with... the lady servicing everyone at least 3 times now and tried to get her attention and she hasn't stopped once to ask if I needanything. I haven't even gotten a chance to place my hookah order yet. I asked the people next to me that have their hookah ifI'm to go up to the bar to order one or wait at the table for the lady to come to me. They told me she was supposed to come tome to ask if I wanted anything. After waiting a while, the server just came back over to change the charcol for the people nextto me they told her I needed to place an order. This place closes at midnight and the lady literally only just now asked me if Iwanted anything. I told her I've been waiting a while and she did apologize, I'm just confused as to why she ignored me thiswhole time. Still waiting on my hookah and unfortunately it looks like they only have this one woman bringing hookahs out andchanging charcols with no help. To be fair I will make an update to this review if I ever actually get my hookah....in terms ofhow the hookah was. Update: I never received my hookah a while later closer to 11:20 and they close at midnight so I left. Noone tried to explain why I never got my hookah and the service obviously sucked. Edited Review: So I had written this place off until tonight when we came back for a visit and the atmosphere had taken a 180°... turn for the better! All the staff members were beyond respectful, responsive and honest about pricing. Even the clientele wasdifferent, much more relaxed and I genuinely felt at ease. The inside was a little smokey but the outdoor lounge had beenexpanded and it was clean, comfortable and covered so you can sit out during a rain storm. 10 out of 10 will come back again.Thanks for bringing awesome back Blue Sky! Old review not what it's like now: Your experience may vary, it depends on how theservers feel. Normally I get great service here but my most recent visit the staff left us waiting for an hour without tellingus why. I went to the front thinking they had forgotten about us. They were eating dinner and finally told us why we werewaiting...the coals needed to be heated. Read more
I like the outdoor setting but the service is lame. They don't have any thing other than hookah and soda. No tea? Seriously?
Awesome place. Great hookah mixes with long lasting smokes. Premium hookahs smoke for hours. Attentive staff supplying fresh... charcoals to keep your hookah going. Read more
Very bad customer service. The guy working here was so rude. Will never recommend any one this place. Worst place ever.
Good customer service, but the hookahs and ice tips need to be thoroughly cleaned. I had brown residue coming out of my ice tip... and I could taste it. I took it off and all they did was put it back in freezer. If they were more clean I would give them 4stars. Read more
Very nice lounge. The hookah the at a pretty nice rate. 16$ for a standard hookah and 24$ for a fancy glass one, or you can get... fruit heads for a little bit extra. Seating is relatively limited, room for about 7 big parties and 7 small. BYOB, verycomfortable atmosphere with not so loud music, and nice comfortable chairs for big dudes. It looks like they use disposabletubes with their disposable tips which is very nice. All in all I like it, the crowd is very nice too! Read more
Horrible customer service. The guy and woman were very rude. Forced us to pay before we could receive a coal? Never experienced... that before. Noticed a woman handed a tab after she had finished smoking- after seeing that, felt like we were being treateddifferently. It was also really lame. There were no people. Regret not reading reviews before coming. Hopefully y?all see mine.Would NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER. Read more
