Seemed like a fun place but unfortunately wait times are a little absurd. Waited about ten minutes to just place the order. And... just over 20 minutes to get my sno cones after the order. (2 baby size and 2 small). Not during rush hour. Just seems to beunder staffed. Read more
This place is amazing. I found Bahama bucks when I lived in AZ in the 90's and I've loved it ever since. They finally have one... on Loutta and more people need to know about this place. I highly recommend the Oasis with ice cream. Ugh, SOOOOO good! Read more
I was so excited this evening about visiting your bahama bucks with my 6 year old son and 2yr old grand daughter. I placed my... online order paid and arrived at your establishment to pick up my order where I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutesto pick up our drinks. When we finally arrived at the pick up window and received our order unfortunately the order wasincorrect. I explained to the young lady we did not order a Piccadilly we ordered a tigers blood. She then proceeded to printout the receipt and show me my $28.00 dollar order and how it read Piccadilly, I explained I didnt order it , and did not wantit. I asked ,can I just get the tigers blood like I had ordered? She left and came back to the window and said that they wouldhave to charge me for the Piccadilly I didn't order. I explained to her I wanted a refund for my whole order due to the factthat i had set there so long and now they want to argue and then charge me for something I didn't order. The best customerservice decision in this situation would have been to apologize for the mix up and make the drink I ordered. The cones are good and the experience is good, but the staff is young and unexperienced. I had a 10 dollar gift card. The total... was $10.91. I gave the cashier the 10 dollar gift card and a 10 dollar bill. She then gave me my gift card back and no change.When asked what happened, she said she only used .94 cents on the gift card and used the whole 10 dollars. The look of confusionon my face made my girlfriend laugh the whole way home. We still laugh about it to this day and now when we go anywhere and Iuse a gift card I explicitly tell them I would like to use the money on the gift card. The inside of the restaurant smells like a bathroom and the floors are sticky. Because of this we went outside only to find... sticky, dirty tables and chairs. I got the smores ice cream shake and it was lackluster. This was my first time trying Buck'sand I won't be back. Read more
