Arby?s is great. This particular one is terrible, though. Believe the reviews. The employees don?t want to be there, and they... show it to the customers. As a small example - we asked for Arby?s sauce and not horsey sauce but got more horsey sauce. So, weasked for more Arby?s sauce and the drive thru attendant dropped one more packet in while she sipped her drink like she has muchbetter things to do. We asked for more and got a blank stare. We have been here 3 times and have had a similar experience ineach time. After the first trip, we thought we?d give them a couple of more chances in order to be fair to a new location. But,three strikes, and we will spend out money somewhere else. Customers, believe the reviews on here and don?t go. Arby?scorporate, believe the reviews and do something about this location. Went through the drive up to be told they aren?t taking any orders right now with no explanation or apology. They looked like... they were just chilling inside. Employees chilling on their phone in the lobby. Lost my business for good. Read more
Double check your order. Ordered several items and conveniently the most expensive of them was missing. $7 sandwich. Didn't... notice until I was home, not worth going back. Really disappointing. That's pretty basic stuff. Read more
This meal was beyond horrendous. Gross from every bite. Got home no more than five minutes after going threw the drive threw and... curly fries were stone cold. Not falling for Arbys commercials any more. I hope I don?t have food poisoning in the next fewhours Read more
The girl that took order felt like she didn't want to be there and didn't ask us anything, we just assumed she was ready to take... our order. The guy in front of us didn't get his order until he went back up there asking for it after we had already gotten ourfood. The floors were so sticky and food everywhere. The tables needed to be cleaned too. The tray that our food came in haddried up ketchup on it too. The so called manager was asking who wanted to leave at 3 while she stayed on a personal call thewhole time. Horrible service and not clean. Wake up Arby's and go look at Chick FIL a and see how they do it. Read more
I love Arby?s. The food was good. It is a shame that it looked as if my two combo only got half the meat and almost zero... chill. From conversation their private lives where more important than the person at the drive thru window. You should driveto the one in Tomball. That?s what I will do next time. They were friendly. Been craving a half pound roast beef. Went through drive thru got the food. Drove to work. Parked to eat then boom. Cheddar... roast beef. Who the heck eats cheddar on roast beef. I walked in the front door of this place today and almost slipped on the slick floor. It felt like it was covered in grease.... Nevertheless, I carefully made my way up to the order taker and placed my order. I heard her say something about a fountaindrink, so I said, "Coke". Then, loudly and rudely, she said, "NO FOUNTAIN DRINKS!" The way she said it I thought that perhapsshe hated fountain drinks, and didn't want anybody to consume them. At that point I told her to forget it, and walked away,carefully, to avoid slipping on the greasy floor. As I reached the door, another employee locked it, preventing me from leavingthrough that door, so I had to walk across the store to the side exit. This place is a disgrace!
