Just Door Dashed from this location. Tried calling ahead because last time we ordered they said they had no turkey products... period and white meat is all my mother in law could eat. Called 3 times over an hour and a half and got no answer. Ordered thechicken instead to be on the safe side. When I actually received my order, half the order and half the drinks for the order aremissing. Tried calling store 2 more times and again no response. No hard copy of the receipt provided. Friendly and attentive staff make this Arby's a stand out among fast food restaurants. The restaurant is neat and clean, the... only problem is the ice machine for the self serve drinks is no operational and the staff has to get you ice from the machinebehind the counter. Read more
Though short staffed and no doubt stressed beyond belief, the staff at this particular Arby?s is courteous, genuine and helpful.... The cashier and manager went out of their way to make my husband and I feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant!The manager took time to talk with us like we were old friends. Did Uber Eats and so much of my order was wrong. No dipping sauces for things that require it. No bacon on my chicken bacon... swiss. Diet Dr Pepper was Diet Coke. Stinks when it's delivered and you're just SOL. Read more
