I ordered 2 zingers and the fried chicken was old it was hard to chew. He put too much cheese which was not melted through.... This is not the first time this happened, that place is close to us we use to eat from it frequently but now we will never goback????. Ordered the Arabi Family Meal (choices of meat was chicken and gyro) and it was THE BEST! Ordered through Uber Eats and the... pickup (myself) was quick and ready upon arrival. The pickled vegetables added a great change of taste, and the garlic sauce didnot last long ???? it was so good. The picture below is what's still left after my family enjoyed it. The five-stars are coming from a certain population that aren't aware the richness of arab streetfood because this place was... disappointing if you know your shawarma. I guess the only plus side was that my money went to a local business than regretspending at a chain. Although next time i'd opt for whataburger if im on road at midnight. I got the chicken zinger with friesat $13.5 and the chicken was not zinging, the garlic sauce was weak, and the fries felt like they were made in a cardboardfactory. The fries had a low potato content to crisp ratio, so dry, it tasted like a choking hazard. The tortilla wrap wasgrilled beyond needed and became charred. They had four pieces of pickled veggies which look like the ones that come out of astore-bought jar and it didn't include pickled-turnip as they should. Overall I'd give this place 4/10. Tonight is the first day I had Abu Omar?s Beef. Shwarma and fries. And I wish I could have them again for the first time. The... flavor is something unique. Amazingly unique. At Abu Omar, there is Always same and consistent taste. Personal favorite is Chicken Shawarma Arabi and Chicken Italian... shawarma. Other items are great as well, their Family platter is great for few family get togethers. It?s certainly convenientfor Halal option. Would definitely recommend this place.
