Not sure why there are many negative reviews. I eat breakfast tacos here several times during the week. Compared to the other... locations in the area, this is the best store IMO. Salad bar good, other stores NSM. If you come early enough in the morningthey are VERY busy with customers buying tacos and such. The ladies, and guys, in the kitchen know my face and always ask if Iwant the same order as before. We all joke around and they are all nice. The same faces have been there for a while in thekitchen. The counter people are nice too and I still see some of the same faces, along with new faces here and there. I did havean issue with my 7-11 points not going to my App when I manually enter my phone number on the key pad. It didn't link up for acouple months until I realized what was happening. I called customer service and they handled it. If you use the 7Rewards forpoints then you better scan it from your phone and do NOT manually enter your phone number in the key pad because it isn'tlinked to the App for some reason. Store manager is rude to her customers. Her name starts with an L I think. I?ve been in customer service retail for over 15... years and she doesn?t give any good service to her customers. Always giving me an attitude when I go in. But I keep going inbecause all other employees are cool. How is she manager? Read more
The worst 7 Eleven I've ever been to!! No app promo. ALL sale's signs are false. They just never take them down and charge... whatever they want for items. Customer service is terrible! It's always the customer's fault for mislabeled items!! And, thebathroom was out of toilet paper. I wish I could rate this place a zero!!!! NEVER come here again. Read more
Very nice store, very clean Wide selection of food and drink options... I travel all over Houston and do not get the grief I... get there about proper change ,or get shortchanged over not having change?? If I spend $ 3.87? You don't round it up tofour dollars? Any other retailer I go to has dealt with it. Read more
Except this trip!! Worst customer service ever. The lady taking taco orders, seems extremely upset that customers were ordering... food she had to prepare, ordering them around not saying hi, over all rude. Not sure of her name but my order was taken byemployee with initials TLC, she was lacking all that that acronym stands for. The ladies at the register were complaining aboutschedules and to top it off, no soda fountain machines! They were ?out of order? This employee locked the doors at 10pm and has turned away 5 customers because he's moping and won't unlock the doors during... business hours to help anyone. He keeps turning anyone who comes up away, or disrespectful ignores them Read more
