I came in through the drive through around 7pm there was one car ahead of me in the line. I waited less than a minute before it... was my turn to pull up to order. The employee taking my order was efficient and knew the system they were working with. I got myorder in a timely manner and had no complaints about the speed of the order. I got what I had ordered and have no complaints asfar as the employees go. I have other words for the Karen ordering and picking up her order ahead of me in line. Awesome experience with the shift that worked on 10/22/22 around 3:30pm. Right when we walked in, they greeted us and asked us... if we were ready. They offered us to ring the bell option when we were. Ordered in, and they delivered our food to the table ina timely manner. Definitely coming back ! I love their fish & chips. Read more
Jeremiah and a Ashley absolutely killed it tonight. If they are paid anything less than 20 an hour I would put mad shame on... whoever is responsible. Ashley paid in depth attention to my absurd personalized food order and did so with a very heartwarming smile on her face. And was able to continue her closing tasks without ignoring me or making me wait any longer than wasnecessary for my food order. Jeremiah took the liberty to come to the window and clarify exactly how certain things should becooked and assembled. And when I bit into the burger it was clear that he was listening because the chrisp to soft ratio on theburger patty was precisely as i had hoped it woyld be. I love the papa joe and fresh banana milkshake Its a good burger and shake because its made with real bananas. Food may take a... bit longer but its cooked when ordered, not at all like the food sitting for who knows how long like at McDonald's. The staffare friendly and not afraid to smile at customers. The restaurant was clean even for a busy time and very short handed. The deepfried mushrooms were not quite cooked long enough which I didn't discover untill getting them home. U made a phone call to therestaurant and my name was added to a list to have a free of charge replacement order of mushrooms. I WAS NOT told to come backwith my order during the phone call to have it fixed. That was nice and insured I would continue to eat there. I didn't givemore stars for only 1 reason and that is prices. Zip's is expensive for a fast food place. I'd eat there way more often if itdidn't cost so much. Oh yeah, not all of the zip's restaurants in Spokane and Spokane Valley use real bananas for theirmilkshakes so be sure to ask if they do before ordering or you may get the nasty tasting fake banana syrup/flavoring. I made amistake. I thought I was giving a review for the zip's at Trent and Fancher. That zip's is good. I did read other reviews forthat location and I completely disagree with several. So perhaps bad reviews came from people that visited less recently than Ior I keep getting lucky. That being said, Trent and progress location doesn't use real bananas and the staff are not that great.I also noticed their prices are a bit higher than Trent and Fancher. Read more
Fast friendly service. Zips has never been the cheapest fast food, but it's local so have supported over the years. Went in for... a few ice cream cones, left about $11 lighter. Looking at the menu board prices for a burger, small fry and drink are too high.Too bad about COVID fueled pricing and inflation. Read more
Had a horrible experience here and will never come to this location again. We were sitting at a table when a nice lady tried to... ask for new mozzarella sticks because hers were undercooked. The manager Andrew I believe came out proceeded to try one and toldher they were fine and go take her food and leave. He proceeded to slam doors and screaming at us to get out. I?ve never had anemployee someone treat someone with so much disrespect let alone a manager. Who ever runs this place and hired him should feelashamed. Read more
Stood in line for 15 mins no one even asked me if I wanted to order anything. They were to worried about the drive thru and the... music playing. I talked to another customer who did order food and he was waiting for 20 mins before they took his order and wasworking on a 30 min wait for his food. Read more
