I had been telling my brother, from the Seattle area, how good White Dog coffee is. When we pulled up to the window the girl... inside did not acknowledge us. I thought she was busy cleaning up something; we waited approximately 4 to 5 minutes withouther ever acknowledging us at all. I then realized that it was about 3 minutes before opening. However, I feel that sheshould have opened the window and let us know she was not open yet. But she acted like we weren\'t even there. I love their lotus!! Also who doesn?t love bogo lotus!! One bummer today I discovered was their hours online are inaccurate ????... I was happily going in to buy me and my crew drinks all to discover they were closed. The lady there told me they close at 6now. Bummer. But overall I love White Dog. Read more

Spent 12.00 on two coffees. With one there was somthing wrong with the cup or lid. On top of being ovefilled it leaked all over... the cup holder and instimunt cluster of my car and my cloths before I angrily threw it out the window. (It did get picked up,just didn\'t want it on me or my car any more than it already was). Read more
I really really love White Dog coffee when they make mine and my boyfriends coffee right! But in all honestly- the consistency... of product, customer service, and time efficacy during their rush is all over the place. Some days our drinks get mixed up andmade incorrectly, or with the wrong size, and some days you can spend 15-20 minutes behind 2 cars. And the last 2 trips I?ve had2 inches of foam in my americano making it more like a 12oz drink than a 16oz. My boyfriend and I have been coming multipletimes a week for a year now and not one single girl has remembered us or our drinks so that?s always a bummer also. I want tokeep supporting this lovely business but with the higher prices and inconsistency I might have to stop coming.\n\nWhen ourdrinks are made well, they?re the best coffee in town. Also their vegan breakfast burrito is absolutely to die for! Most girlsare very nice and friendly!\n\nI hate to complain and there is a lot I love about this business so I?m not completely knockingit, just wanted to leave an honest review for feedback! I had requested a vanilla chai, specifically by the brand ?Big Train Chai Tea? because it?s the only chai that doesn?t taste... watered down. My boyfriend kindly called around to ask local stands if they had the brand and decided to go to this stand basedupon that. He had to go back twice to get the correct drink and it?s still incorrect. I do not drink coffee nor do I enjoy it.This chai tea which isn?t supposed to taste like any coffee tastes strongly like coffee. I?m thinking they may need to clean outtheir blenders prior to blending other drinks. Read more
