I buy a ham every year, last years was fantastic as usual. I go last night to get one and they had zero hams in display case. I... thought they were out. The guy said in the back we have some. I tell him the biggest ham they have. I get a 10 pound plusham.. I go to warm it today and opened it and it looked different than usual. I warmed it and the glaze did not melt so Iwarmed it more and finally got glaze to melt. The ham is good but not like usual. Something is off. Saltier than usual, theglaze not as sweet. My wife called the store in Spokane valley as we were to have a thanksgiving ham delivered today 11/24/2021 and believed it... would have come from this location or at least a start of information so we could receive the food as we live in the country anddidn?t want it just sitting at our gate. The man that answered was rude to her and then hung up. I called back the same numberand at first the man that answered was pleasant and asked how he could help after stating thank you for calling Honey Baked Ham.I explained we had ordered a ham for delivery?he cut me off and said ?not my problem? and then hung up the phone. I then googledthe HBH corporate number pressing option 3 and was told by the computer voice this isn?t working try back later and also hungup. I arrived to pickup my reserved ham, greeted by a Crayola crayon style sign "cash only". Inside there's a frantic helper pacing... around and talking loud enough the cashier on the phone couldn't hear. Meanwhile, a mighty 4 of us in line simply waited forsomeone to greet us... they were busy dealing with their dominoes pizza delivery!!! Went to pick up my ham and carrot cake I had reserved for Easter. Waited in line in my car patiently to be helped by staff or... store owners. A man finally approached my truck, cut me off rudely as I was telling him my name and what I had reserved. Heseemed extremely annoyed to be there although the store opened only 20 minutes before my arrival. He came back with my orderand literally threw the ham and cake into my truck. Went here once and had a really good sandwich. Wish they had location in Spokane. Staff was nice and seved sandwich quick.

I?ve come here many times by myself as I used to work nearby and this was my own little hidden gem for lunch. There aren?t many... tables but it?s typically not too busy. Their pricing is good for lunch and they offer a great potato salad for a side amongothers. There is typically only one person working so if a couple people walk in behind you, don?t be impatient as they willtake all orders first and then make your sandwich but it doesn?t take them long. The ham is phenomenal and their honey sauce issweet as tasty. I took my daughter with me yesterday and the worker offered to make her a ham and cheese melt on ciabatta bread.I went back in to compliment the cashier and it ended up being the owner. Nice little cafe, that doesn't serve coffee, but had delicious gourmet sandwiches and salads. Price range: $6.50-8. And the... salads are huge! I'm a 170 pound male and could barely finish it. Read more
