If you order door dash or Uber eats from here expect your order to be late. I deliver and am frequently ignored in the lobby.... The workers can get through 10 customers in the drive thru and everyone in the lobby before they even acknowledge a dasher?spresence. Once they finally give you some human decency and ask what you need, it still takes them forever to get your ordercompleted. All the while, you sit and watch cars breeze through the drive thru. The lady that took our order was super nice and friendly. We waited 25 mins in a long line, so understandable why we would wait... that long but got our food and were missing 2 items. The line was still really long and the lobby was closed so we didn?t havetime to go back in line and wait. Make sure to double check your order before you pull out of line! Read more

Where do I start.. has anyone noticed the weird taste on the lettuce lately? Gross! It's as if there's a chemical on it. It even... smells like chemical. Top it off.. I ordered delivery. There were 13 cars in line and I could see the customers order on the counter but could not get any of the employees to... acknowledge me knocking on the door or the drive up window to hand over the order so I could deliver the order to the customer.I even called, spoke with 2 'managers' that were inside with the many employees and they still would not give me the customersorder. Had my delivery company manager try to call as well. At which time they conviently stopped taking phone calls. Anothercustomer had a 'togo' order and they ignored him just the same. 2 customers standing at the door and 13 cars in line. Not surehow they fix this one... other than lose customers. Read more

I gotta say that even though I am generally not a huge fan of fast food apps, I do find the Taco Bell app to be helpful. The... most compelling reason to use the app in my estimation has to be the deals that are only offered through the app. Those dealsare sufficient reason by themselves to download and use the app. Read more

Went there for my lunch, and I get the headsets are hard to hear and when I am speaking clear and loud enough for them to hear... me, I do not like that I had to repeat myself 6 times and hom say one sec and ask again! Then go up to the window to pay and heis more into the other employees around him then actually listening to what the customer wants. Did not like my service at all. Read more

The guy who took my order (wearing a beanie, African American, didn't catch his name) was speaking really loudly into the mic,... and when I told him that I couldn't understand him because of this, and tried to order, he kept interrupting and speaking overme. I understand trying to be enthusiastic at work, or being young and having a good time with your coworkers, but it was everytime I spoke that I was getting interrupted. I didn't even order everything I wanted to because I was so flustered by thisemployee's behavior that I just wanted to get out of there. I am autistic and have a really hard time with social interactionsometimes, and this situation was really frustrating and humiliating. The manager I spoke with apologized and assured me hewould have a conversation with the employee, and was professional. I could hear the employee ask the manager what was wrong whenhe closed the window, and laughed like, it was no big deal. To him, it probably wasn't. When the employee handed me my order, hesmirked and with a very sarcastic tone said "have a GREAT day". This guy knew that there was going to be no consequences and hewas proud of it. I was in tears as I drove home. I didn't do anything to deserve being talked down to like that. This employeeshould know that the way he treated me tonight (and probably countless others) was unacceptable. It's not hard to have fun atwork without being rude to people. Read more

If I could post zero stars I would. At first I had been overcharged on my food, which I had pushed aside. However, once I... received my food I was thoroughly dissatisfied. I had ordered a soft taco supreme and to my surprise it was a regular, oh well,I can look that over. Once I went to pick it up, I had realized it was soggy and melted on the inside- after only getting itless than 10 minutes before. After that, I moved on to my Crunchwrap supreme. Not only was it thin, it was also soggy, flimsyand not at all crunchy. I am very unhappy, and hope they take more time on their food since it was not even a busy time forthem. Read more
