This is a review on the lack of quality/over priced food. Staff were great. I ordered double meat 6 inch philly cheese steak and... one oatmail raisin cookie. Cost almost $12 and the payment machine wanted me to tip? Anyhow, the chopped up steak was mostlygristle, so my dog scored. I've loved this sandwich in the past, so it appears the quality of product Subway supplies is muchmore inferior now. And my 6 inch was only 5 inches. Read more

So much wrong. toppings, bread and sauce all messed up. ordered twice...got it wrong both times. we're done ordering here. ... if you like dry nasty sandwiches full of toppings you didn't order on the wrong type of stale white bread this is the subway foryou. Read more

Worst service I've ever seen at a Subway. They just made my sandwich, found out they couldn't accept payment via credit card,... and threw it away in front of me saying they can't do anything about it. I had payment, this is not my problem. These peoplewould rather waste an entire footlong sandwich than be reasonable or kind. Despicable. Read more

Ordered online through their website. Then my order got cancelled as they were closed at 430 pm. I called the store Steve told... me my money would be back on my card quickly as he had cancelled the order before he closed out for the day. The next morning Istill did not have my $88 back called the store got someone don't know her name but I told her the issue she said it would take3 to 4 days yo get my money back. But that she didn't a lot about the orders online even though she was a manager. I told her Iwould call back when there was someone there that knew what they were doing. Got a call from a private number the message Steveleft me was it had not been 24 hrs and that if it didn't get back on my card by the today the I could call on Monday as that wasthe next day were open. I will never go to this subway again I will make sure all my family and friends know not to go hereeither. Worst customer service bad attitudes and giving out the wrong information. I had better get my money back today or Iwill be calling the BBB and attorney general. Read more

Lost my business Ludicrous prices for even a single sandwich and now refusing to accept even coupons. Crying behind the excuse... of "can't pay our workers" when a single sandwich costs more than an employee makes in an hour, any business that can't affordto pay their own workers deserves to go down. Went here with my mom today around 3pm. A new employee, Dane, was preparing our sandwhiches and was doing a fantastic job. He... was very kind and had great customer service. HOWEVER, the girl who was training him (I didn?t see her name, she had burgundyhair with space buns) was belittling him the entire time. She was so unnecessarily rude and mean to him the entire time to thepoint where it was making the customers uncomfortable. Feel ripped off and will not be coming back anytime soon. $25 for skimpy sandwiches. Had to ask for more lettuce 3x and still... didn?t get any. Tomatoes had vine ends in them on both our sandwiches. So sad what has happened to Subway. Used to be bigsandwiches for really low prices. UPDATE 10-23-19 I have come back 2 times since my post and the staff have been so much betterabout giving enough veggies and everything has tasted fresh. Read more
