One of the worst. The latest excuse is only one machine. Always watered down and never stored. A mocha is suposted to be stored.... I guess I expect it to taste good for $9.20. I would love to know why the price of our drinks keep going up but the quality ofcustomer service that we receive does not at least not at this location. Read more
You know how you wish your barista remembered.you? Well say no more!!! My daughter frequents this location and I go from time to... time. It's located in probably one of the busiest areas YET!!! They remember you!!! The one barista that my daughter often seeseven recognized my granddaughter's voice!!! They normally go through the drive-thru but we happen to go in because it was mygranddaughter's birthday she was turning eight. The barista literally heard her voice when we entered and gave her theABSOLUTELY WARMEST welcoming I have ever seen anybody in a workplace setting give!!!! I was blown away. My barista made me such an incredible drink! I wish I knew his name. I?d ask for him every time! I don?t typically head to... Starbucks but did on a whim and I will definitely be back because of his drink making skills alone. Read more
Espresso Machines are down, I know it?s not their fault, but we ordered a brewed coffee with cream and a ham and cheese... croissant, the coffee was lukewarm, so we asked them to microwave it. They said because of ?company policy? they couldn?t put itin the microwave, they could remake it. (It would have been the same temperature.) Too bad ?company policy? doesn?t let themthink on their own and make the customer happy, however, that may be. The guy was also sarcastically happy to refund our money. Read more
