WORST customer service. Placed an order several hours ahead, when it was time for a delivery nobody showed up so I called and... was told they forgot to let me know and pizza JUST NOW going in the oven. Dude on the phone really couldn't care less what theissue was. Talked to me like I was bothering him. Ive had this pizza at gatherings, this was my first time ordering. Really great pizza, if you can get it. Management apparently doesn't see a need to partner with someone that can actually design... an app to order pizza. So forget ordering online. Calling can be moderately successful, but you are better off going to thestore. Not really rocket science, but if you can't deliver "hot" pizza, on time, fuggetaboutit. Called in an order and the kid who answered the phone sounded stoned. Hindsight I should have hung up. I?m given a 25min... estimate. I get there on time and the guy said it would be a few minutes. 15min later I ask for an update all the kids getconfused, after some back and forth arguing the pizza is found. Get home and the pizza is barely cut. And at this point it?s nothot. Over all its average Spokane pizza. This place could be better. The lack of leadership is clearly evident, and too manyconfused kids spending more time talking about their love life than focusing on their job. I honestly feel bad for the owners. Read more

Love the flavor of the pizza, however, every time we order, whether it be pick up or delivery l, it?s never exactly what we... ordered. For the price of the pizza, we should get exactly what we order. I always order ?thin crust?. This is the 4th time ithasn?t been ?thin?. They say it?s because they have to roll it out so it might not be great. Looks exactly like the normalcrust(as shown in photos). No difference. We just ordered an extra large pepperoni supreme pizza from you and took it home. We assumed we got what we ordered. We... started eating the pizza and remarked there was very little pepperoni on the pieces of pizza we were eating. Upon getting asecond slice we realized there was very little pepperoni on the rest of the pizza as well. I called to speak with the managerand she said if we brought in the whole pizza back in she would give us one with more pepperoni on it. I advised her we only had7 pieces of the pizza left because we each ate one. She said ? so you ate all the pizza and now you want a new one?? I toldher to just forget it and we won?t be coming back.
