Our high school football team wanted to break up our long away trip by having a nice lunch. We called the day before and said we... would be a group of 25-40. They said just call a half hour the day of and they would be ready. THEY HAD OUR GROUP OF 39 PLAYERS,CHEERLEADERS AND COACHES IN AND OUT WITHIN AN HOUR!!!! Amazing. This Red Robin is one of the busiest Red Robins in the country. Even with that they still do a great job with customer service... and making sure your drink is always refilled. I have always felt very taken care of here- lots of sauces, and refills on friesthat came quickly. My food is always been cooked well and is delicious. Read more

Our server, Hope, was great! Helpful and on top of our orders! The food was good, I have not been in awhile and was... pleasantly surprised! We had the scorpion jalapeno burger monster size and it was the perfect amount of heat flavor and cooked to perfection. We also... have the western barbecue burger which came with the perfect amount of sauce and fried onions. Frequently running into pickup orders where they've checked off all of the items on the receipt and then items are missing. 3x... in a row now, the same item (crispy onions on the whisky bbq pizza) are missing, despite even paying $2 for extra. Read more

I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room for my order which ended up cold and burnt. The staff kept saying they were just bagging... it up and it will only be 3 more minutes. After 40 minutes of this you could imagine how frustrated i was. The service washorrible, the staff kept giving me awkward looks as i was calmly waiting. Fries are horribly soggy and not worth 4.99, couldhave bought better fires at McDonald's (which I never go to). This is the worse Red Robin I've ever been too. What a joke. This is the first time I ate here and I really liked it. I love the vibe it had going on. It has a bar area and lots ok Tvs... playing sports. There are also tables away from the bar area for a more of a family dinner vibe. It was packed but the servicewas surprisingly fast. The food was great too. We had Burgers, Chicken Strips, Onion Rings, and Mozzarella Sticks. My burger hada dipping fondue cheese that was really good. The food was hot and out quickly. I love the presentation of the stacked onionrings. The fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were nice and crispy, loved em. The Mozerella sticks had lots of cheese andlooked like a commercial when we ate them. My husband got the freckled lemonade and kept saying how much he liked it. Theburgers had a really good taste to them. There was a tablet at each table where kids can play games I thought that was cool. Youcan also pay at that same ya let when finished which was convenient. WORST RR location there is. I ordered delivery . I am a frequent at the downtown location, so I know what to expect with... everything I ordered. The house salad wasn't a house salad. It was just lettuce. No toppings? The pretzels were burntcompletely, had more of a burnt flavor than pretzel. And the pickle nickels were also overcooked.
