My family went recently to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the Enchilladas De Espinacas, two corn tortillas stuffed with... spinach, mushrooms, onions and cottage cheese. Topped with melted cheese, green sauce and sour cream. Served withrice and beans. I had them add shrimp and it was fantastic! They have some very killer freshly homemade beans with their riceas well.
