So when my family and I went to get some lunch the staff were rushing us through the drive thru line and wasn?t letting me... finish ordering. When we were able to finish ordering, we got our food and noticed that we were missing the side orange chickenthat we asked for so my husband went back inside to get it. We then get home and notice that they gave us egg rolls instead ofspring rolls and that my sons food was missing the apples. I realize that there were only two ladies working there, but theywere not busy at all they just wanted to talk with each other and were not paying attention. This is not a huge deal I?m notlosing my mind over it just putting in some of what I saw. Read more
We ordered our food in the drive-thru at 6:27pm and we're still sitting in our car, over an hour later, and we still don't have... our food. Plenty of other cars have received their orders, even after we got here, but we don't have our order. An employee evenwent on a break and came back and we still don't have our food. We finally got our food at around 7:40pm and when we got it someof our orange chicken was undercooked and our greens weren't fully steamed either. Praying that my Fiancé doesn't get foodpoisoning for his undercooked chicken. This is unacceptable and I won't be coming to this Panda Express again. Read more
Trying to order food in the first place was causing both parties to become confused. What we ended up ordering was not entirely... what we wanted but we said screw it. We waited for half an hour, then realized that all our food was wrong, as if we got anentirely different order. Even if they get it right next time I'm not even sure if I could trust them to give us the beyondorange chicken and not regular orange chicken instead. Read more
It was busy when we arrived. Still, an employee held the door for us when we arrived. Nice. We were served quickly, offered... drinks, egg rolls and condiments, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. A very nice dining experience, especially for aquick serve restaurant. Nice job! Read more

Prices... have gone up 10% and their 3-entree-meal is now the size that that the 2- entree-meal used to be. It used to take a very fulltake out container and a smaller take out box to hold the 3-entree-meal. Now it easily fits in a single (smaller) take outcontainer. Between these two practices, today customers must pay 40% more to get the same amount of food they received 18months ago. This level of greed has no excuses. Read more
