My 5 year old loves a happy meal. Bit this location is super busy and often forget parts of our orders almost every time. We... have gone to liberty lake and love the service, food, and friendliness so so much more than the Sullivan location. For example:the last time I went to Sullivan they forgot frys, milk and toy in my child's happy meal and my order was completely wrong. Hopethey get some rest and resolve some issues with service so things run smoother. Read more
Whoever is working the 2nd window right now (10/21 @6:55 pm) needs to be trained on how to treat customers. She didn't even say... 1 word to me until I asked for something, Just handed me my food. Debbie I believe the name is? Absolutely rude and treats the employees like they are garbage. This person has absolutely no... place being a manager in my opinion and wouldn?t surprise me if people walked out because of her. There is no reason for hernegativity and attitude towards her employees.. I genuinely feel bad for the morning crew who has to work with his person. Otherthan specific person, everyone else seems to always be smiling and happy and shows great customer service. She was also superrude to me as a customer that comes every morning to get coffee and give positivity to those who are working. Maybe someone elsewill see this? The folks workin the drive thru this morning were so kind. And as you can see, Little Ricketts here approves of the French... Fries. #PuppySecretShopper Thank you for the fabulous service. Fries were hot and crisp. And my iced caramel coffee was spoton. Now, one might ponder: "well is that enough to evaluate a business on Google?" To that thought I'd retort: "this is aMcDonalds in the best state in the lower 48. Literally the air in the drive thru is fresher than any McD's from my homestate." ?????? Read more
Went there 7.12.2022. I got my kids meals and myself a number 7. I'm allergic to cheese and so are my kids so I said No Cheese... on all hamburgers. My kids meal perfect. My meal on the other hand i take a bite and there was cheese. So I go around again andtold them what happened. When I got to the 2nd window an older lady told me that next time I need to make sure I tell them nocheese. It took all of me not to be rude. I told her I did stated no cheese and my Receipt even says only ketchup and onions.They need to actually listen better and if they think I'm going to not say anything to something I'm allergic to is crazy. Thenhaving to go through the big line again is even more crazy. Takes all of me not to call and get my money back. What if someonewas severely allergic to something and made them think it's their fault. Read more
Food is always very poorly prepared or missing items at this location. I understand it?s tough nowadays to find kids willing to... work, but I?ve had the same problem here for many years and that tells me it?s an ownership problem. When I tell you they just had me wait 21 minutes in the lobby for 3 drinks only, that they then had me pour myself.... it took... them 20 minutes to just have me do their job anyways. Be better or stop complaining about the wages you clearly don't deserveanyways. Read more
