When you walk in the door you can cut the tension between the employees with a knife. Can definitely tell they do not like... working together. I have been several times and as time has gone I have become so disgusted we will not be going back to thisstore. It is dirty and definitely not taken care of. The quality of food has gone completely to the ground. Tonight's visit wasat 7:10 pm. Asked for an order of wings was told we don't have those. I said but the sign says available between 4&8 "Well weare out". Was told it would be a ten to fifteen minutes wait which did not bother me because at least the pizza would be freshfor a change. A gentleman who had ordered over the phone came in after me to pick up and was told "Sorry we lost your order itwill be 20 minutes." So uncalled for. How do you lose an order and yet know the name on the man's order? Made no sense. Willdefinitely not be returning to this store. Way too many issues. Read more

There?s nothing hot and ready about this location. I don?t even know how to describe how long it takes this location to fulfill... an order. I get being short staffed but I?ve waited over an hour on multiple different trips for a pizza. I have never oncegotten my order in the estimated time window. The lobby is always packed because of how slow they are. From giving my order tosomeone else to watching employees look dazed and confused trying to use any of the equipment. You are never greeted when youwalk in or even acknowledged. I would simply drive an unlimited amount of miles to go to any other location. Read more

I have had SEVERAL bad experiences with this location and keep giving them chances BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I'm calling corporate too... because this little ceasars is THE WORST little ceasars I've ever been to and I've lived in FL, traveled around the states andbeen to a lot of locations before and none ever came close to how bad this little ceasars is... the staff is RUDE!!! No oneacknowledges you when you walk in. I walked in before and stood there for about 10 min before anyone helped me. At leastacknowledge my presence and say you will be with me soon if you're busy. The last delivery order we placed took over 2 hours forus to get it and my husband actually had to go pick it up because our delivery guy said they kept giving him the run around onwhen the pizza was gonna be ready. So when my husband got there the chick working there was rude and clearly done with it all.She kept huffing and puffing and storming back and fourth from the counter to the kitchen. After he waited about 30 minutes hefinally got our order. No apologies no nothing. Hygiene is poor there, no one was wearing gloves and staff handles money andcounter and then touches your food without washing their hands. They need to shut down that location and open up a better storethere cuz this little ceasers SUCKS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR APPETITE HERE! Quality of food is terrible tooespecially their crazy bread i used to loooove getting nice warm, doughy, buttery crazy bread and here u get hard, old tastingsticks in a bag. Got the extra most bestest combo, of crazy bread, and pep pizza. Got in the car, pizza isn?t cut, and we asked to get it cut,... they didn?t even cut it all the way through. The ranch they gave me was bad, separated and nasty. Horrible wait, and customerservice. Read more

Second time in about 2 months that this location has had terrible food. It use to be one of the better and cleaner locations but... not anymore! My walk in visit at the beginning of July I received all three packages of rock hard, deformed crazy bread sticks.The Italian cheese bread was tasteless. Hot and Ready cheese pizza was ?okay.? I was able to get a meal replacement fromcorporate and trying to do so in store was difficult. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, acted like theemail I received was fake, and while waiting for this order to be made ?right? I waited inside noticing how they don?t seem totake much care into keeping up the place. The bathroom was dirty, garbage overflowing. The main area had build up of greasestains that weren?t mopped in I?m not sure how long, and the pop cooler said ?sorry, broken, warm sodas only.? In a hurry forsomething quick and easy for dinner we decided to give them a try again by ordering through the app. Wrong choice! All 3 of thepizzas I ordered were almost sauce-less. Again, rock hard and tasteless crazy breads, this time not deformed, but browned likeleft too long in the oven. At least the Italian cheese bread was good. Unfortunately, I decided to try their new cookie doughbrownie and they shoved it into the pizza portal with all of my other food, so yay for melted goopy brownies. ????
