Unfortunately this is the closest Little Caesars to my house, I have tried to purchase often, However it is super unreliable due... to mismanaged. I pickup lunch specials for my kids and I get excuses over 50 percent of the time. They forgot to make the deepdish dough often and today she told me they aren?t opening until noon. I have to ask them to put sauce on the pizza and it isstill never guaranteed. Never any concern for the inconvenience or an apology. Don?t waste your time at this location. Terrible! Ordered over an hour before I needed to pick it up. Still waiting for the pizza to even be started 20 minutes after my... pick up time. Employees standing around in the back, no pizza made. Everything is empty and dirty. Read more
I arrived and was told my order reason 15 minutes out and ended up waiting 40 minutes and than was told at that point that it... was just getting put in the oven. They were all working very slow and just didn't seem to care. Read more
The inside could use a good cleaning, and zero pizzas or breadsticks ready. They told me the wait was 15 min but it has been... over 30. Great Pizza, Great Service! I came in on a Friday, it was great! Pizza was ready as I had requested it via phone. As a... celebrity, I actually barely review fast food in other cities, but being vegetarian i got a veggie and a cheese pizza! It wassooooo delicious! Hot but never ready?Should be the slogan. Buyer beware! I usually order ahead on the app and once when I came to pick it up they... had just given my food to a delivery driver on accident and had remake my entire $50 order! But mostly it?s just NEVER ready ontime. The deep dish are regularly undercooked. One time the app was down so I came in to order, the employees said they turn theonline ordering off when it?s too busy. Busy is good for business just hire extra people to get the food out faster! The place has gone down hill fast. The store is super dirty ( per photos) the cooler is empty with soda on the side of the... cooler. Both screens are broken so no menus available. The wait was 40 minutes! The whole store was dirty and looked like it has never been cleaned. The workers were vaping in the... back. This is called hot and ready not hot and forever.
