When i come in a look for the # of sandwich i want and read the description of what?s on the sandwich. So i saw there was Onions... so i asked if i can have it without onions. I can?t have mayo and tomatoes so i kept reading to make sure there isn?t any. So igot my sandwich and went back to work, i opened it and long behold was mayo and tomatoes. So i called them very politely andtold them i can?t have mayo and tomatoes and if they can remake my sandwich please. The customer rep, rudely said no that?s not something we do here the menu says is has those items. (Here?s the catch, in very fine lettering under ?CHOOSE YOUR SANDWICH? itsays that. Idk about anyone else but i just find the number of sandwich i want and ready the ingredients and go from there andthat?s my bad for not asking and double checking, i told him i didn?t see that or i definitely would have asked for none ofthose items. He then said you?ll have to buy a new sandwich without those items, we can?t make you another one. Read more
Staff not helpful or friendly. First time going as went with others, won't be my 3 choice next time. Sandwiches were nothing... special. Had to bag our own food as they would not. There was several sandwichs we had to carry out. Read more

Never a bad experience. ????% love this Jimmy John's location. I'll never go to anywhere else for Jimmy John's. These employees... diserve so much credit & a bonus check from the boss. I stopped by this shop today. 3 young gentleman working there very very nice. The service was very good, got the Spicy Italian... subs, they were great. I would go back again. Read more
Used to really enjoy it. Now it is just kind of weird. The sandwich was alright (a little boring). The pickle was just gross.... Old and slimy, and they didn't even successfully cut it into quarters. They also got one of our drink orders wrong. Probablygoing to stick with Subway from now on. Read more
Polite staff. They were very busy and I was to pick up my order with a short wait. Was glad to see they had concerns for... customers by following health and safety guidelines. Food was delicious! Update 1/29/22 The avocado was put in a solo cup andfor over a dollar charge it didn't seem like much. When I arrived to pick up my online order and had asked the cashier toexplain to me where I would put promo code and he explained he didn't know much about the online ordering but it was at thecheckout, I figured it out...it's before you check out. Anyway he didn't off a solution nor ask a coworker for help. When I hadgone back in to pick up my order I asked a different employee and was told they could void my order and I could start over...somewhat frustrating if you ask me. Also when I placed the order I requested napkins and not one napkin was in the bag. Iexpected my order to be on the shelf by the door and it wasn't. I had to ask for it. Bread was delicious as usual. Stopped by to grab a take-out sandwich for dinner; order the gargantuan and paid extra for bacon to be added. Arrived home, saw... that no bacon was added. Tried calling the store, no luck with anything. Submitted complaint through their website, no responsepast the auto-reply. Submitted another complaint a few weeks later, again no response. I understand that mistakes sometimeshappen, but the refusal to correct them or even get back to the customer is unacceptable. Read more
