This is usually my favorite Domino's and is my "go to" place to order pizza for my kids. Tonight's order was not spectacular. I... ordered a medium pepperoni and olive pizza and boneless wings on the app. As I pulled up to the store I got a notification onthe app that my food was ready. I pessed the "skip the line" option and proceeded to the counter. The employee was friendly andgreeted me but informed me that my food was not ready. Odd...I am assuming an employee has to press the "ready" button somewherein order for the app to send me a ready message? Waited another 8 to 10 minutes. When the employee indicated the food was readyhe initially presented me with two pizzas. I said this is not my food. I ordered a pizza and wings. He was about to tell me towait while they started my wings. Alecia, the pizza maker stepped in and noticed they were ready to give me the wrong food andfound my wings. Close call, and they ended up getting it right. Judy not the level of service I typically get here. Another guyand his kid were there before me and still waiting. When we got home the pepperoni and olive pizza had quite a bit of smallsausage pieces and a mushroom on it. This is for a picky kid. I did get him to pick it off but that does not always work withkids. Seems odd. Usually a great store. I will certainly go back, this hopefully was a "one off". I will say that all employeeswere friendly and worked hard to correct the issues. Read more
Always order from here and its usually awesome. Tonight tried the 5 cheese dip for the first time and this is what we got........ there is barely 1/2 inch of cheese! There is no way this is $8.99. It tastes good dont get me wrong but I believe we were notgiven the right amount. Read more
Order pizza all the time and always enjoy it. But it saddened me that I had to take items out of my cart today because I only... have cash on me to pay today while we?re at the park. I have a family of 7 so every order I do is above the $50 cash deliverypayment limit. Kinda a bummer. Read more
Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with almost all the vegetables, and all I got is this burned thing with horrible looking few... of the dried veggies. The pizza sauce was literally uncooked, I don?t know they must be in a hurry. Called them, they apologisedand asked me to go pick it up again, and refused to deliver. Ordered carry out and a genius delivery driver took off with my food before I arrived. The girl at the counter offered to remake... it while I waited but I said nope. Please tell the driver they are responsible for losing a customer. Read more
