Terrible service, I didn?t even get an itemized receipt and waited 40 minutes for food. I understand it was busy, but there were... way too many misunderstandings within the entire experience. I just moved to the neighborhood and spotted this cute little coffee shop. I finally had time to stop by today. Cozy little vibe... inside. Super friendly staff. I bought some locally sourced honey. It is DELICIOUS! I also had the turkey pesto flatbreadsandwich. So much food!! I definitely could have saved half for later but it was so good I ate it all! Came with chips, a pickleand a package of chocolate chip cookies. Freshly brewed iced tea too!! I will definitely be back for more. Read more
The worst attitude as a barista. I pulled up and ordered my usual burrito and 24 ounce Red Bull with lime, peach, lemon and OJ.... Usually with that drink of the OJ and peach there should be strong orange tint to it. When the barista handed it to me The drinkwas all dark green. When I then asked if she put any OJ in it she responded very snarky and blunt and said ? yes I put OJ init.? You would think a normal response would be ? yes I put a little OJ in it but would you like me to put some more in?? Afterthat rude response she didn?t say anything and handed me the bill and walked away. She never said she was going to grab my foodand I was so irritated and mad at the point I forgot about my food and I set the bill back down and drove away after paying.Worst customer service for a coffee shop I?ve experienced. Horrible customer service? we asked for 4 sausage bagels sandwiches and they gave us 4 bacon ones and I can?t have bacon... unfortunately so my husband just took one back since everyone else was ok with bacon and they were rude to him and said that wedefinitely ordered all bacon and another guy stepped up and said yeah you did because she complained to me she had to make 4bacon ones. Why for one would you complain about your job ? Don?t advertise you do breakfast sandwiches if you?re going to berude about it and when we originally ordered the lady acted super put out about it and we almost told her never mind because wefelt so awkward and like how dare us for ordering food. I?d suggest not to go here for food or if you want nice and friendlypeople. Also, this whole ordeal took about 50 minutes. They had about 6 people inside and I understand we ordered for 4 peoplebut my goodness. Read more
