I've been to many a Chipotle in Minnesota and now in Washington over the years. The food is almost always predictable in a good... way. Although the line was long, this was the best customer service experience I've ever had at a Chipotle! The salsa, sourcream, lettuce person actually asked if my order looked good before sealing it up. I was dumbfounded. It did look great and ofcourse tasted great. The checkout person was really nice too & the place looks newer, clean and nice. I'll definitely go backto this location when our next Chipotle need arises! Read more
Real good food. Large portions, quality ingredients, fresh, and many choices! Every time I've been to Chipotle the cook is... scrambling to keep fresh portions up front. I've never had to ask how long the meats been in the warmer because they arecontinually replacing the tins. The place is always pretty clean too. Just good food all the time, love it! Read more
It was relayed the full menu is only available for online orders. Online orders can be ?stingy? and leave a bad review. So here... I am to leave a bad review about my in person experience. When asked why guacamole was only available if I ordered online thegirl ringing me up said ? I don?t know, I just work here.? Terribly managed on Sunday afternoon. Food was decent but was out of almost every ingredient. Also recieved small portion. Then... preceded to wait 10 minutes to pay because employees were talking. Read more
I find it very sad everyone is complaining about this location and how they operate, when the reality is that you order what you... get it is not the employees job to know that you don't like spicy food. This store may be a little behind sometimes but whoisnt. They make decent edible food and have good service, so thank you to the employees for always being there and serving uswith great customer service and I am sorry that there are so many mean people on here. Chicken was not of the highest quality but everything else was good and we really enjoyed our bowls. Haven't been to Chipotle in... a long time and realized that we missed it. This location is clean, the bathrooms are clean, it has a nice size patio, and thestaff was really nice. Read more
Waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru pick up lane after having ordered ahead. Lobby was closed at 8 pm as well so I could not... just walk in and pick it up instead. Pickup options are meant to preserve peoples time not consume it. This also caused thefood to be ice cold as my pickup time was 40 minutes prior to when I arrived, and the portions are abysmal?. Have had several mediocre experiences: given/charged for double meat when I didn?t ask for it. Always poorly staffed, food is... cold, out of ingredients. Tonight I ordered through delivery, and instead of a chicken quesadilla I received a tortilla withzero cheese and chicken on the side. ???? Thanks. I?m done giving them second chances.
